The look of the bench is BEAUTIFUL but as others stated the first time it rained a rusty orange colored liquid came out from the legs. I called customer service and they didn’t issue a full refund even though I had JUST purchased the bench. We will see how long it lasts.

I love this patio love seat and it is easy to assemble and comfortable. I do not like the cushions because the quality. I keep our cushions inside and the bench covered on rainy days and I still got mold spots on them after only having it for one season. They don’t clean easily and the covers don’t come off to wash. If the cushions were different it would be a 5 star bench.

I haven’t decided if I’m going to return it yet, because there aren’t any in stock so I can’t exchange. Beautiful set for roof deck
I got the Purcell patio set with the loveseat and 2 chairs. It came well packaged and required minor assembly. The legs are metal and painted to resemble wood. I used threadlocker on the bolts to prevent them from coming loose. Love how the set looks on my small deck. I sprayed the cushions with Scotchgard for added protection. The seats are deep so I needed pillows. The ropes are comfortable to lean against without the pillow. I like that the ropes cover the metal frame so that it never burns you in the sun. The seat cushions feel nice and firm. I hope the fabric stays white over time since it's not removable for washing. I got covers for the set to protect it when not in use.

I am a little worried about the cushions, since you can't remove them, but I put scotch guard on them, so hopefully that will help! I'm hoping it holds up okay, since it's not in w covered area like the patio chairs are. Definitely seems like it will so far! It's super cute, and the cushions are really comfortable too. I'm definitely a happy camper.

The couch is very chic and the perfect size for a small patio. The seat depth is shown online as 12" however after measuring it is actually 20". A 12" inch depth seat would only work for a very small person (child). Otherwise, the two seat cushions are very comfortable yet you will want to add at least two throw pillows to add comfort to the back seat.

More than impressed I myself unboxed and put together in no time. Everything you need is included. Just flip seat over and add the four legs with three screws each and Allen wreche. Its stunning. The seats wipe off well for easy cleaning. I love the modern look with the thick high quality like rope. Perfect for my front porch with my black shudders. So beautiful!!!!!

Our new loveseat is the perfect addition to our small patio. It was so easy to assemble! Just bolt on the four legs and voila! Ready to relax. I was a little nervous that the back would be uncomfortable but its great and looks so cool. The cushions are nice and sturdy but still comfortable. The frame looks like wood but is actually constructed of steel so it’s nice and sturdy.
