A great balanced mineral product that our bodies lack.
I've been taking this product for several months. At my last doctors appointment, she went over my blood lab results and my doctor was very pleased to see my magnesium levels so balanced. She said that was a very rare things since most Americans are magnesium deficient.

Mag helps with muscle cramps or spasms
We use this every evening to alleviate muscle spasms or cramps. Husband genetically inherited severe muscle spasms in legs, feet, hands and upon drinking this warm it provides relief quickly. My massage therapist introduced ionic fizz to me a long time ago when I was having a muscle spasm in my back and she couldn't touch me until about 15 min. after drinking it warm. Besides the magnesium, we like the other supplements. Even though it's spendy, it's worth it!

Very high quality supplement
This is a very high quality supplement. It dissolves easily and tastes good. I particularly like it because it has the methylcobalamin form of B12, which is hard to find in supplements. The only thing that would make it better is if they were to use methyl folate instead of folic acid.
