Pure Protein Lemon Cake High Protein Snack Protein Bar - 20g Protein - 12ct: Gluten-Free, Chewy

I buy at least 12 boxes of these a month. They are the only protein bars I like and I’ve lost 55 lbs. However, i have to return so many boxes of them because they are stale! ROCK HARD STALE! When they’re soft they are amazing, but when they’re hard I can’t even chew them. Most of the time the stale ones aren’t even expired. Also what’s the deal with the janky boxes?. You fill them half way, then use the cheapest cardboard, then use glue that doesn’t work, so of course the sides crush in & the walls cave in! I ordered 7 boxes a couple weeks ago and ALL of the boxes were caved in. It’s the same way in the store. You can’t successfully sell a product when your boxes are made of paper and filled only halfway. Something’s gotta change, because as soon as I find a bar I like elsewhere, my money disappears from your pockets. Also u gets 3 stars because when they’re fresh they deserve 5 stars, but when they’re stale 0 stars.

3rd time I got a box of 12 that was expired and hard/inedible. Target doesnt dispose of expired stock which is disgusting and also unsafe.

I am not pleased at all with my package that I ordered from Target. I ordered 3-12 packs of Pure Protein, Lemon Cakes. They arrived in a beaten up box today. And the contents inside the delivery box are in worse shape than the external box they arrived in. Not only are the package boxes banged, dented, (2 boxes) have already been opened and resealed with tape, but the expiration date is just a few months away. I am not happy with this at all! It is obvious someone just wanted to clear the shelves of damaged old product, that’s going to expire soon. Just because I order online does not mean I want your damaged, out-dating garbage… Because of this experience, I do NOT recommend purchasing grocery items from Target.

The package is destroyed. Open at both ends and smashed somewhat. I meant to give this as part of a gift but cannot because of the condition of the package! The package that contained all that I ordered was open on the top because it had been taped poorly.

I LOVE dessert. I'm a dessert-a-holic. The last decade I've reduced my sugar intake, but when my sweet tooth kicks in it's all or nothing. My usual protein bar is their chocolate, but I love lemon, so I tried these - holy cow! If you are craving a slice of lemon meringue pie - this hits the spot. the top half is soft and the bottom half their signature chewy... but the flavor is everything. this

I love these protein bars, they are tasty and have a nice texture. Will be rebuying Going to try other flavors.

Since I have given up sugary treats my taste buds have adapted to the chocolate and lemon protein bars. I have one each day either with my coffee or late afternoon snack.

Lemony fruit loop kind of. The texture is very good not super chewy like some bars.

So soft and delish! The lemon is really refreshing and not overly sweet.

I love the Pure Protein brand bars. The Lemon Cake flavor is my favorite, followed by Cookies N Cream. I've had other lemon flavor protein bars made by other brands, and haven't found any that can beat these ones.

The taste is great like real Lemon. My target didnt have in stock had to get delivered wish they carried kore flavors in store!!!

Maybe I'm just not super picky with my protein bars, but I was ready for this taste bad and it was good - definitely reminiscent of a lemon bar. When I opened it that lemon smell came right through. Texture In wouldn't call bad or good, it was fine. But I really enjoyed this one.

Tastes like chemicals.

I think the texture/flavor of these bars are some of the best I've had from a protein bar, almost none of that bad protein taste or chalky texture. Also the protein/calories/sugar levels are pretty good, it's hard to find a 200 calorie bar that has this much protein without really sacrificing flavor.

These really help things get moving if you get what I mean and even help you lose weight

Amazing taste. Texture is great just like a Lemon cake as stated. Also fills me up when I'm in a rush or want something quick before the gym.
