    I have many cats of my own plus a small rescue. I spend $400 -$500 per month on wet food, alone. The old Florentine formula with the white sauce was the only flavor all of my older cats would eat, and the kittens and young adults devoured it as well. I mean the entire can instead of just a few licks. They’re getting so thin. The discontinued Florentine had much more sauce than the rest, which is good for a cat’s kidneys. I can only hope that another company is smart enough to copy purinas old Florentine recipe. If they did, I’d stop buying Purina fancy feast in a second. think if they change a formula, they should stated in big letters on the box, and then provide an email or phone number just for reviews to see who likes or dislikes this change. From all the reviews I’ve read on many websites. I think they would be bombarded with customers telling them to bring back the white sauce. It seems like all they did is repackage the shredded fare.

    Stop not the Florentine we know!!

    Bought a box of 12 thinking I was getting the true Florentine Medley's I've always bought but they changed the recipe. just like that didn't notify people, didn't even note "new recipe"on the box or change the name. Had a creamier sauce before. None of my 4 cats will eat it. There was no other food like it! Bummer !!

    Changed formula

    They changed the formula of the Florentine wet cat food. They replaced the white cream sauce with brown gravy. But there's no indication on the outside of the can that the product has changed. That's deceptive. My cats won't eat the new stuff. Won't buy this again.

    Not as good as it used to be.

    The product has changed the last few months. Used to be Florentine was a white sauce for each flavor meat. Now it appears only the tuna is in florentine sauce; the others look like Primavera but there must be a difference in the taste as my cats pick over it and seldom eat all of it. So getting dissatisfied with the product for what it costs.

    BEWARE NEW RECIPE IS BAD

    Even my super picky liked this until they changed the recipe. It is no longer a cream sauce but a generic gravy with spinach. Now none of my cats will eat it--and I just bought 2 cases! :(

For this reason I can only use the food that doesn't have tomatoes. The spinach keeps my cats from eating my plants. Please take the tomatoes out of your food

    Cans mislabeled with wrong product

    A couple other comments on this. The chicken florentine I’ve purchased at 3 different stores is mislabeled . My cats love it and all the cans I’ve recently bought are primavera. 15 cans. 3 different stores. All NOT florentine. Send me some coupons? And solve the problem

    New formula for Florentine
