That said, if a can freezes, it may affect the characteristics/texture of the product. We do not recommend freezing the product to keep it fresh. My vet's tech and I were chatting, and she said she used wet food with her dogs each morning. I bought 2 cans to try, added a spoonful of pumpkin puree and success! Happy puppy. Bought a few more, and stomach issues disappeared. He's been eating Purina One chicken and rice for a year and doing well.
