Q: Piano is stuck on blue tooth mode. How do I get out of that?

A: Please check whether the battery is fully charged. If the new battery is fully charged, ensure the positive and negative poles of the battery are installed correctly. Secondly, check if the MP3 cable is inserted into the correct port. Sometimes, inserting it into the wrong port can cause a buzzing sound.

Decent sound for a small child
I bought this for my 2-year-old granddaughter for her birthday because she wanted to play piano like Billy Joel... I didn't want to spend a fortune for her to lose interest quickly like most children tend to do, she still hasn't she's got jingle bells down pretty good too.....

All of my grandkids (ages 1and 4) love this piano. I bought this for my 4-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. It is just right for her. Good quality sound.

Worth the money great product!

Appears a little on the cheap side but it¡¯s worked out great!
My kids have loved this toy it¡¯s been a favorite. Best Xmas gift for my 3 yr old girl! It¡¯s a little cheap especially the seat, not made for kids older them 3-4 but my older kids still do enjoy using the microphone to sing into. Again it¡¯s not the highest quality but my kids have enjoyed it and it¡¯s not broken yet

Good product
Great quality for the piano my Daughter 3 years was very happy. Too bad it doesn't include a charger but I buy one and I save the batteries. The sound is good and the microphone sound good too.

Great product
Got this for my daughter for Christmas and it has been her favorite gift! The only bad thing is I wish it came with an adaptor to plug it in because it sucks the juice right out of batteries. Aside from that it's great. And the sound is much better than I had expected with lots of extra features.
