Yanitzia Canetti is a Cuban-American writer, translator, and teacher. She has published more than 500 books, especially children's literature. In turn, she has translated more than 200 books into Spanish from other authors, such as the Dr. Seuss series, Curious George, Amelia Bedelia, among others.
