Quest bars are pricier than some others but a good on-the-go snack. Target has a bunch of flavors too.

This is the only protein bar that I can tolerate. I’ve tried countless brands and flavors. This bar isn’t boring and just chewy all through. You get crunches of graham cracker pieces as well as chocolate chip chunks. Also try their taco protein chips!!! Tastes just like a taco from Taco Bell

I always have Quest bars on hand when I occasionally need a bit of extra protein. Usually the expiration date is 10+months out. This box took forever to arrive and the expiration date is 3 weeks away which means it was sitting on the shelf for a long time. I’m am angry that they pawned this old product off on me. It is an 8 count box and not likely I’ll finish it before it expires. I will now be buying this elsewhere.

No my favorite, it’s a bit to chewy and you can truly taste the protein. I’ve tried better bars but it’s still pretty good overall

kind of artificial taste - not too bad

The smoke flavor wasn't there at all, and the texture was like biting into a bar of clay

They look odd (like most bars) but taste great!

These could've been so much better, they threw in cinnamon for no reason, there's no marshmallow taste, the chocolate is fine, the graham cracker has a weird texture (not that bad but could be way way better) and they threw in almonds for literally no reason. I'll be sticking to the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor instead.

S’mores is my favorite! I just bought 6 12ct boxes at 25% off. Target doesn’t run a sale on these very often, so when they do, I stock up. I did try the recommendation to heat these.. I was not a fan. I prefer straight outta the pkg. Also.. some boxes the bars are chunky and full of chocolate and graham cracker chunks, some aren’t. It’s random.. but I don’t mind.

Agree w/ the previous reviewer, this did not taste like S'Mores. I could barely tell the difference between this and the cookie dough flavor. You only taste sweetness but no flavors, and there were barely any graham pieces so it was all one chewy texture. Not worth it IMO.

Pro: 21 grams of protein on the go. Cons: Like the many who complained about the taste, I agree. Quest does a great job of making the consumer think it tastes like a “s’more” with a picture labeled “for illustration only.” This is what drew me in. There is no doubt protein will always give off a chalk/powder-like taste, but adding a bit of chocolate chunks and bits of graham crackers to the mix does not pass as a s’more. In addition, there is no trace of marshmallow flavor. So in my opinion, this isn’t a s’mores flavored protein bar. I’m critical of protein bars because first and foremost, they are not cheap. Spending close to $10 for a pack of 4 protein bars means consumers buy this with intention. My suggestion: if you need to consume protein, take a few minutes of the day to make a protein shake/smoothie. Everyone has different tastes/preferences. Respectfully, I do not recommend and will not purchase this again.

I am NOT a protein bar fan. I can't stand to smell or taste that particular "protein" thing so mamy products have. These bars have a unique texture - a bit like chewy nougat. I was surprised I actually enjoyed these, but warm it for about 15 seconds and it is an indulgent, fresh out of the oven cookie! Perfect for mornings when I know I need to eat but don't feel like eating a lot. It's filling and has good macros.

Heated up the bar as directed and almost blew up my house. My kitchen got full of smoke.

I feel like Quest products are always hit or miss, this was my first time having their protein bars(coming from working at a protein bar manufacturer maybe I had unrealistic expectations) but, the texture and flavor here wasn’t great, it would have been tolerable, and something I could power through, but it had the lingering, God awful protein taste that not many companies have done well to mask. Even on a day where I hadn’t brought lunch and had nothing to eat I couldn’t bring myself to eat this bar. Maybe I just got the wrong flavor, or I’m just sensitive to it, but I was super disappointed.

I really love these I'm not sure why the bad reviews I guess everyone's taste is different.. these are the perfect amount of fiber and protein to keep you full and satisfied. I'm on a pretty strict diet so I guess the little bit of sweetness tastes delicious to me....

Taste so yummy and packed full of flavor!

Tastes a lot like s'mores and has a great chewable texture with some crunchy bits. This is the most tolerable tasting Quest bar I've tried so far (although the only other one I tried was the cookies & cream one). It doesn't taste super fake and has super high amounts of protien. The chocolate could taste a bit better though.
