Crinkled & Wrinkled but not a big deal. 3 Separate pieces, balloons plus two separate strands of streamers. You only assemble the balloons. ( birthday banner was a separate purchase from target & yes we put the top colors in the opposite direction)

I was very surprised that it comes with clover structures so you can actually reuse even the balloons! I couldn’t get a close up of how to do it but this is very easy to use! And the streamers aren’t crepe paper, they are plastic. While I don’t usually prefer plastic, it’s nice to know that those can be reused as well
