Wrinkles can be removed from the plastic bands by allowing time for them to relax. A low-temperature hair dryer is the fastest and safest method. The controlled heat from a hair dryer will safely loosen the plastic and smooth out creases. I hope this helps - Emma

Only half of what was promised
We purchased this for our 2 year old daughter's rainbow-themed birthday. Upon opening it the night before her birthday, we found that the box only included half of the set. We're missing the longer streamers as well as 20 of the 30 promised balloons. The only positive aspects are that it's cheap and looks like what was advertised...only with half of the pieces.
