I love Rao’s pasta sauce and immediately added these to my cart when I saw them. I took one bite and threw the whole tray way. These are not good at all. Very disappointing.

The best ingredients you’re gonna find in a store bought frozen meal. First, the sauce is great! I was expecting a funky texture and flavor for the meatballs but pleasantly surprised- it tasted like a meatball with a nice balance of flavors, texture and no extra junk ingredients. I cut each meatball into fourths - I liked it, my mom liked it and the kids loved it! Just a little pricey to feed a family, but with quality ingredients, its worth it!

I love Rao's pasta sauces, and based my purchase of these meatballs on that. I was wrong. VERY wrong. I honestly expected a much higher quality from Rao's, but these meatballs are not on par with the pasta sauces, at all.

I really wanted to love these but we have tried them twice now and everytime my husband and i get like ground up pieces of bone in the meatballs and like a sandy texture to them. for that reason i will pass on these

I’m picky when it comes to eating anything frozen meat and these meatballs do not disappoint. I highly recommend following the oven instructions and then it is perfect amount of sauce to either eat on their own, as meatball subs or adding a little pasta for spaghetti and meatballs. Very tender and great flavor

I'e eaten at Rao's at two locations, and the meatballs there are one of the highlights.. these frozen ones are good for frozen meatballs but in no way shape or form so they look or taste like the meatbals from the reataurant. It's a real shame, we were really disappointed. I have no idea why they went with a totally different product for the frozen version. Docked an extra star for that.

The flavor of the sauce was bland & the meatball texture was terrible. It’s like the meat was ground to a pulp. I made spaghetti to serve this over & there was not enough sauce to coat the pasta. We ended up with dry pasta & meatball mush for dinner.

I’m not sure why the reviews are all over the place for this product?! Household favorite here. I typically would not buy a frozen entrée, but in a moment of weakness and laziness threw this in my cart. It’s become a staple since and I’m not embarrassed to have them stocked next to my homemade frozen lasagnas. I can’t comment on value or volume etc. as some others have mentioned. It’s a no brainer night off. I dump in a casserole dish, cover and while heating relax with with a little cheese and charcuterie combo. Once the product is thawed I’ll roll the meatballs around in sauce. Perfect as packaged unless you like alongside some pasta. If you want a full on saucy spaghetti and meatball experience, add a jar of Raos to your cart.
Won't buy these again. Don't recommend. Easy to make better yourself.

These were meant to be a treat, but ended up being a punishment. They were so dry and so condensed that you needed to cut them with a steak knife to even get through the meatball. I thought I’d make some pasta and add these to it with some RAO’s, but it ended up being dry and tasting really putrid. It was like they had been refrozen after being thawed numerous times. I will not serve these ever again. Just stick with the No-name frozen meatballs and doctor them up with garlic and basil. You’ll be glad you did.

I tried the meatballs with sauce tonight and found them to be a very sad rendition of meatballs. The sauce is not very good. It is basically bland tomato sauce. The meatballs totally lacked spice. They are too soft, and have almost no flavor. I have tried other products from Rao's and have been disappointed by most of them. The only thing I have had from them that I like is their lasagna. It is pretty good. I have heard really good things about Rao's, but I haven't had anything really good from them.

If I could give these a negative 50000 I would. I have never tasted something so vile. Purina makes a better meat product. And we eat only Rao's sauce. These balls of filth were simply gross . Easy to prepare just chuck them in the trash..
