Received item with a broken door. Company offered me a $18 credit or said I had to wait 4 months for a replacement door. Customer service was horrible. How does $18 fix that fact that my door will be split in half? Wish I had never ordered the piece at all.

The directions are nice and detailed with good pictures. Assembly takes some time, which is okay. I’m only on part 12 though and can’t move forward because the parts weren’t cut and sized properly. Super frustrating!!
