I believe this game is meant for older kids and that it was over the head of my younger school-aged kids. I would probably not attempt to play this game again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lorcana is a very fun trading card game. If you’ve played magic or yugioh, this is similar. This is a great starter set with rules and strategies included. It also contains enough cards to build two starter decks. Great set!

With a almost 7 year old if we tried to play this without a set that walked ypu through it she would have been lost. The game is fun and we now have bought more Lorcana cards to play more versions!!! Definitely recommend

While the game rules were a bit complex for her to fully understand at first, she ended up making up her own rules and has been having a great time playing with all the materials in her own creative way. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Trading Card Game seems pretty cool and I do like how it has such a wide variety of Disney characters. It's cool for someone my age who grew up on Disney and knows all of the characters. For my little ones I had to explain to them who some of these people were! I don't know if card games are for me though. You have to learn in stages and build your skills as you progress which is something that takes a lot of time and sometimes I don't have enough time for games like this. I wish I did! The pack comes with two starting decks so you could essentially get more decks to continue the game further once you've used up everything you need. It says it takes about 30 minutes to play, I would say once you figure it out that could be accurate. Good for 8 and up!

The prices are durable and lots of color on the cards, the suggest age is 8+ but my 6 yr old is able to play it with his sister.

They were a bit confused by the rules unfortunately . Maybe a bit too young? They still love the cards for now.
