Q: Why the water gets out in a very thin presure?

A: Hi A, we're sorry to hear that the pressure from your Ray Padula Telescoping Wand is less than expected. There are a few reasons why this may be the case. First, please double check that there isn't any debris that may have been accidentally in your hose caught in the inlet of the wand. If there is, clearing this out will certainly help. Secondly, for maximum water flow and pressure, be sure that the thumb control lever is all the way upwards in a full ON position. If neither of these are the fix, we'd be more than happy to help solve this for you. DO NOT BUY RAY PADULA PRODUCTS. I never write reviews. I bought this water wand as a gift and it leaked after the first few gentle/normal uses. Filed a warranty with the manufacturer and got a quick response that the item would be sent, tracking number too, when it was in stock. One year later still no replacement or refund. Filed new complaint and got the same response from “Carole.”

The wand doesn't stay in place in the handle. So when i turn on the water i have to hold the wand in place or else it shoots out which makes it difficult to use and results in a wet arm! I'm returning it because I couldn't find a way to fix it. Feels like it shouldn't require this much effort.

I purchased one of these, 2 weeks prior, and I like it so much - I bought another. One to use with front yard hose-to water plants/wash vehicles. One to use in backyard for the pool/watering garden & plants. It is very effective with several spray selections & it is sturdily made. Sold at a affordable rate.
