Q: Why the water gets out in a very thin presure?
A: Hi A, we're sorry to hear that the pressure from your Ray Padula Telescoping Wand is less than expected. There are a few reasons why this may be the case. First, please double check that there isn't any debris that may have been accidentally in your hose caught in the inlet of the wand. If there is, clearing this out will certainly help. Secondly, for maximum water flow and pressure, be sure that the thumb control lever is all the way upwards in a full ON position. If neither of these are the fix, we'd be more than happy to help solve this for you. At your earliest convenience, please contact our Customer Support Team, either by email (support@raypadula.com), or by phone, 1-866-446-2063. We're always standing by and ready to help!
