Exclusive Kink Shield Technology is designed to eliminate frustrating kinking and twisting during use, while exclusive Water Guard Technology, is designed to eliminate leaks and wasteful watering. The all new extra-large Comfi-Grip swivel coupling allows for the easiest faucet attachment, even with wet hands. This coupling is designed with a full grip swivel eliminating the need for any tools to create a watertight connection at the faucet, while solid brass, crush-proof couplings last season-after-season. Not a good hose
This is probably the worst hose I have ever owned. Although it says it has a coil proof technology, it kinked up immediately. I followed the directions to uncoil it, but as soon as I wrapped it on the hose stand, it kicked right back up. Don't waste your money.

Kink city.
This hose kinks worse than any other hose I have ever owned, save one. It did good last summer, but as soon as it started getting g cold out the hose started kinking every time I moved it. I hoped it would get better when it warmed up, but no. 85°and the hose is still linked All. The. Time. Terrible.

Junk "Heavy Duty" hose
Not Heavy Duty! It is junk! Kinks all over. Metal connector fell apart completely! Used total of 6 months. Now past return window. Very unhappy customers.

Two defective hoses
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought two of these hoses back in April. Things have been crazy for me for the last six months so they got set to the side for a project, so too late to return. Anyway, I attached one to my spigot yesterday and it spewed water all over the place right at the attachment site. I checked to make sure the washer was in place and that I didn’t attach it wrong. So, I tried the other one. Same thing. Two defective hoses and there’s nothing I can do about it because it’s outside the return window.

Not worth it
This hose KINKS despite saying it has "kink shield" on the packaging it kinks terribly. Also THIS HOSE DOESN'T FIT ON A HOSE REEL. At 100 ft long it would be nice to be able to use a hose reel with it. When placed on a hose reel the extra long screw in handle causes the hose to kink completely shut. If you like to have to man handle 100 feet of hose all the time this hose is for you, for the average person look elsewhere.

Kinks galore
I am a retired garden shop manager and landscaper and have used many hoses over the years, Unfortunately this hose kinks easily shutting off the water supply . Many times I have to twist and turn the hose to remove kinks to restore the water supply. This hose has the look and warranty claim portraying itself as a heavy duty hose but does not perform like one, It lacks wall thickness and reinforcement needed .
