Size up and beware of stink

I have a love hate relationship with this comforter. It’s beautiful BUT the king size was not wide enough for my king bed, it didn’t even over the sheets on the side. I would recommend sizing up, which would have been fine to get king+ except it really does stink.. I washed it with my favorite smelling soap and it smells like skunk or something. So I don’t know if it’s even worth returning and sizing up. The color, texture, and feeling is beautiful but probably going to return.

No more Casaluna for me

Love the color and feel. Do not love the fact that I didn't even have it 4 months and it started getting holes! Super bummed because I bought two of these in different colors and have the same issue with both! Sad ro say I won't be buying anymore Casaluna bedding as this is not the first issue I have had.

Beautiful quality & worth the price

I actually tried two other Target comforters before landing on this Casaluna quilt, and this one blows the others out of the water. Yes, the price is higher, but the quality feels double (maybe triple). I’m redecorating my home, and the dark olive green was such an easy color to style it blends in with everything but still looks rich and luxe. The material is what really sold me. It’s thick but somehow light, silky-cool against the skin, and has that “hotel bedding” vibe without being stiff. My husband loves cooling bedding, so he’s going to be obsessed, and even my dog already did his crazy zoomies across it with no snags or damage super durable. Casaluna is quickly becoming my go-to bedding brand. I’d love to see them branch into more prints or textures, but this solid quilt feels timeless and built to last. Highly recommend if you want something that feels way more expensive than it is.

Great bamboo quilt for hot sleepers

I debated about purchasing this in the store but eventually did, knowing I can return if not satisfied. Since a lot of the poor reviews were about washing, that was the first thing I did and it washed up beautifully. Not all washing machines are the same and if you are using the old style with the middle agitator, you may be sorry. I am very happy with this quilt. I love how it washes up and yes, it took two cycles to dry but I used low heat. I do not get overly hot with this quilt and use it directly on top, no top sheet. I would use a cotton or bamboo sheet under it and may do that. I do not get sweaty with this quilt. I would buy again and I would recommend to anybody. Very happy with it. I wish they had been more color options but went with the adobe clay.

Poor quality

It felt really cheap like just that regular cheap silky polyester material. I’m a huge bamboo/ viscose/ rayan fan and it didn’t feel like any of those. It also had that cheap shiny look to it. I picked it up as a drive in and immediately turned around to return it in the store. To make matters worse, there was something sticky splattered on it that i hadn’t initially noticed, the lady at the register pointed it out to me. Not worth $125 i wouldn’t even buy it at 50% off. It looks great in photos, even the photo i took but i promise its cheap looking in person

Falls Apart Too Quickly

First, and this is not an issue with the quilt itself, but Target's poor packing- I ordered the quilt and it was dirty upon arrival because Target did not tape the box properly. It was half open and filled with dirt. Regardless, I'd wash the quilt prior to use anyway for sanitary reasons. The first wash was fine. I did it on cold and gentle, as instructed- used Tide pods. No issue with drying it either. I did it on low tumble. It took a few cycles to dry, but came out fine. Second wash was where it went down the toilet. I did it the exact same way and followed instructions and it did not hold up. Frayed, the little seams have popped out... it is a mess. But I partially blame myself because I should have listened to the reviews that told me this. Don't bother spending the money, it isn't worth it. I am glad I got it on sale because this was like flushing money down the toilet. And sadly, I cannot replace it at the moment, so I am stuck looking at this trash.

Great Comforter!!

We ordered the dark olive green and the color is absolutely perfect! Love how it keeps you cool but yet can keep you warm! Have had it about a year and it has held up with multiple washes and German shepherd zoomies! Would 100% buy again!

Poor Quality

This item is not sized appropriately for a queen sized foe a queen sized bed as it is too short on the sized. Nit to mention washing it is a nightmare. it takes roughly 3 hours in the dryer to dry and this is after pulling it out and repositioning it regularly. It bunches up in the washer when it gets wet causing permanent crease lines that look like its stained. Never in all my life had such a poor quality set. I have gotten better use out of a $60 bed in a bag than I have for the $300+ that I spent building my Casaluna brand bed set. I have had maybe 5 weeks and already having to purchase a new set.

Delivery questionable

I love the quilt, but it was delivered on my porch as if it was taken off Target shelf and set on my porch. No plastic covering , no box, just the quilt. Going to wash and see what happens. Come on Target, you can do better than that.
