Didn’t love the flavor but it did help me feel a bit less stressed

Accidentally had two since I liked one so much and would not recommend more than one unless you are able to totally relax. The taste is not bad as some other reviews say and it does work to promote calm! Assuming everyone’s chemistry is different it is worth trying.

Love the taste. I’ve been drinking one or two a week for about 2 months. Relaxing. It’s the only thing I’ve changed in my diet. All of my nails on both hands are super long and won’t break. First time this has happened! Love the ingredients in these! :)

This flavor tasted like diet beer. There is nothing that says lemon or raspberry about this flavor. I saw no affects on my sleep. 10 out of 10, do NOT recommend.

I picked this up on a whim the other day and tried it after dinner tonight. The flavor was super refreshing, and I noticed a calming effect not long after drinking it. I actually found myself wondering why I felt so relaxed, then realized it was the Recess! I definitely want to buy more. Just wish they were a little more affordable.

Tasted yummy and did have a nice calming effect. I would buy them more often if they weren’t so expensive!

I've developed a bit of functioning alcoholism the past few years as a stress coping mechanism, which has contributed to gaining a decent amount of weight. It's been so hard for me to give up/drastically reduce my alcohol consumption..I've tried pretty much all of the adaptogen style drinks, and Recess is perhaps my FAVORITE. Drink them COLD and over ice! It doesn't get you buzzed like alcohol but it definitely helps take the edge off and reduce my alcohol cravings!!

The taste was good, I’m not a raspberry lemonade drinker I usually stick to water but lately I have been feeling stressed and have broken sleep, after drinking this about 3 hours before bedtime I slept through the night, my toddler snuck a sip too when I wasn’t looking and he also settled down… I’m going to be trying this again to see if it trends, I’d say try it.

I haven’t tried these yet but I love Hiyo and plan to give these a try after receiving this reply from the company: “All of our natural flavors comply with the definition of natural flavors as defined by the FDA, in that all ingredients are derived from real, natural, non-synthetic sources that are safe for consumption. My favorite addition to my nighttime wind down routine. Raspberry lemon is my personal favorite flavor.

Taste is terrible. However it got the job done. Felt better!

Not very tasty. Extremely expensive. And does not even have enough magnesium to affect you.
