This cream is a little sweet but it is very good. I use it in my protein shakes so I can take the protein with more gusto and the truth is that the texture and flavor are absolutely delicious. I think the flavor is vanilla, it comes well packaged. It is very effective.

Don't Listen to the Bad Reviews, It's Great
Most of the bad reviews are people that didn't understand what the product is. This is purely a creamer. Not a cold foam or whipped cream at all. But it's really great because it has a slight sweetness to it and since it's in an aerosol can it's more shelf stable and lasts longer than a pint of creamer. I really recommend it!
