Q: My crank handle does not seem to work. How do I rasie the height of the table. I’m worried I got a bad one.

  • A: Hello, there are locking levers on the crank table please make sure you have the locks off in order to adjust the table height. Once you have reached the desired height we recommend that you lock the table back in place for stability.

Beautiful, sturdy table. Solid wood top and strong cast iron base that I could put together by myself. It's industrial style, but the golden tones of the wood tend to warm up other metals or straight lines you might have in your industrial decor. It's black and golden brown, and it looks great with a wide range of grey shades.

Adjustable? Hmmm.

The table looks great and is solid. However, The crank handle doesn’t do its job. It won’t tighten and certainly doesn’t raise or lower the table. I want the table to be at its 36” height and it will not adjust - up or down. Did I just get a bad one?

Beautiful table!! This table is everything I hoped for it to be. It is sturdy, exactly the color in the picture, and true to size and height. This table works well for our corner where we had two counter height chairs that were not working for our kitchen island. We love the option to make this table the height with want with a great industrial feel!!\nAs it worked out, we use it for a cozy nook with a lamp and our laptop!!!\nMy husband had to use his tool to further tighten the screws as the Allen Wrench that was supplied just wasn't doing it well!!
