[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hoping sleeves were cloth but it to is "poofey slick" material. This will require long-sleeved shirts. Arm Sweating will make this "sticky ". On the great side this is a true 5x size, I have 3 other jackets that read 5x but are NOT. 4X labeled as 5x.
