A: Hi - to clean you just undo a couple of screws at the top of the frame which allows you to remove the bottom frame and glass to clean. It's a pretty simple process and we include detailed instructions with the design. Hope that helps, thank you for the question!

Pretty but lousy design
Beautiful light but terrible design. The framework that holds the glass shade is very difficult to get attached to the ceiling frame. Would not buy this again. Not worth the effort of returning now that it's already up. Just fair warning for anybody who buys the ceiling light.

Sooo Disappointed! Took it Down
I have purchased many many lights from lamps plus. Ceiling lights, chandeliers, pendants. This is the first light I have been disappointed. Once it was hung, I was totally underwhelmed. Awful. Boring. Naked globe - I was really surprised when it was hung. I took it right down. Picture online is really nice. Real life? Oh my. Nope.

I bought 2 and put them up in my foyer hallway. They look great and were easy to install by two people. Hard to do if just one person, so have someone help.
