I bought this product yesterday and just opened today. I noticed when I got home the box was only taped on one side but other than that seemed pretty new. I opened the product and upon closer inspection noticed fine hairs on it included the one pictured below + others that I wiped off. I haven’t used this product yet and I’m not sure if I will 🤢

The trimmer works great, the closer shave sounds like it’s doing something but isn’t doing anything at all. I haven’t tried the exfoliator yet. I wasn’t impressed.

Please dont waste your money on this thing. You won't get a close shave at all no mattter which attachment you use, and it really hurts to shave with. It doesn't cut but my skin was super irritated and red after using it on just a small area of my legs. The foil shaver, and gaurd attachment are pratically useless. If you want a better/close shave, use Venus' electric shaver instead.

My hair is trimmed and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have been using this often for about half a year and it has been working well. I thought it had stopped working but the cap at the bottom wasn't capped on right. Make sure you hear a subtle click noise when it is twisted all the way.

Great trimmer and also close-up shave . First trim follow hair angle growth then do close up without the protector then use the foil to get the close shave and final touch brush to exfoliate. That's how to get a close shave . Hope this helps some people.

I got this specifically for the foil head to try and get a closer shave on my bikini zone without razor burn. It did absolutely nothing. This was a huge waste of money. I also don’t see how the exfoliating brush is gonna do anything with how slow it moves. I’d rather spend the money on a wax.

Omg I don’t know why people expect close shave from a trimmer, go get waxed ladies. This product does it’s job! Well half it’s job, the foil attachment or whatever doesn’t do anything as others have said 🤔 anyways, I’ve used this in the shower with no problem, already a year, so we’ll continue mowing the lawn over here while it lasts.
