Yes, the pillow cases are a cool temperature when you put them on the pillow. But as soon as my head hits the pillow, the cool feeling only lasts about 30 seconds.

I am so so pleased with my purchase; I got the cooling comforter and a set of cooling pillowcases and I’ve been sleeping much better than I was previously. With Summer heat, in addition to perimenopause, I’ve struggled for a couple years with getting woken in the night overheated. I’m thrilled with the new cooling tooos that have made my life better.

Not only do these work on any pillows but with the heat of the summer (even with AC) I placed our cat’s (3 of them) beds in one and they love it! They even repel cat hair.. That is a double bonus!!!
