    the box came damaged when I planned to keep it sealed. when paying for shipping you would expect your product to not be damaged. target just shoved the product in a big box with inadequate protection. target you must be better than this. 1 piece of paper is not enough as a cushion for the product.

    Beware of wrong item being shipped

    Beware of wrong item being shipped. I received the wrong item. As someone else mentioned I got the hobbit box instead of pokemon. It’s been a pain getting a refund. They asked for multiple pictures and for the wrong item to be returned. No issues with that but now the original item is sold out and I still have not received my refund.

    Another disappointment with horrid quality

    Target doesn't care if their products come damaged unless they've been run over and destroyed to oblivion. They don't care about fixing the issue by either replacing or covering the cost of the damaged product. Of course can't return it but won't stand by it. Absolute horrid store and the only reason I ever buy from them is I can't find it anywhere else. But bent cards become basically worthless and it's embarrassing to give this as a gift when it looks like it's been stepped on and ripped

    Address issues

    Told me my package was delayed because my address was missing or wrong...Im literally looking at my address attached to my profile that is also attached to the order itself. The incompetence in not being able to properly relay an address for a delivery is sad. You guys took my money immediately but sure I guess I'll just keep waiting to actually get my stuff

    I order the mega zygarde ex premium and was shipped the wrong item hobbit the magic gathering cards instead. I started a chat with customer service and they said I was stuck with the wrong item and there was no refunds. I can understand the all sales are final but I didn't even receive close to what I ordered.

    Package crushed

    Was delivered damaged! The exterior box was crushed, and item box inside damaged. This is a collectible- this is unacceptable! Sealed value lost completely. It’s bad enough we have to fight bots to even get Pokémon cards and when we get lucky our investment has been RUINED.
