Horrible
I have requested replacement for this robot and its parts 3 times already, it keeps malfunctioning and smaller plastic parts keep breaking

I love Shark products and I have a wishlist.
I like this robot vacuum for convenience and ease of maintenance because of no tangle brush. The mopping function is great and the suction is good. The only complaint I have is the app and AI software. I can't properly set a no-go zone. Also for the mopping, I have to try so many times to carpet zone. The other feature I wish the Shark robot would have is extra mapping for different floors or areas. The quick spot cleaning function is not enough to quickly clean my basement room. If Shark can update its software, it will make the robot better for sure.

Wont mop any longer.
I bought this, and loved it!!!! Now two months later is it saying it’s having trouble mopping and wont run. I have factory reset, cleaned, and troubleshooted. Still wont move the mop plate? Even though it isn't stuck. Super disappointed… :(

Decent vacuum with below average app
So far this vacuum has met my expectations for cleaning performance. It takes a negative hit for marginal battery life. Based on advertising I expected more, but it cannot complete a 760 Sq Ft session on hardwood without 2 or 3 charge cycles on normal setting, The app needs a lot of work and is a bigger negative. The map is useless as it doesn't track cleaning progress realtime. You have no idea what is going on. When the robot gets trapped locating it without a map means chasing a sound. Haven't tried mopping yet as the rug avoidance setup is pretty crude. Hoping the app will be updated in the future.

It cleans well but the mapping doesn't seem to work well as it still tries to clean beyond the mapping. Overall it's a good little helper. Just have to watch out for it when it cleans so that it doesn't suck up something you didn't intend for it to lol.

An easy way to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this is that's it's just easy. I work outside the home and my hours can be all over the place so I don't always want to spend my time vaccuming/cleaning up but I like a clean house. This feels like I'm able to set it whenever I need and I come home to a house that's cleaner than I left it. I think it does a pretty good job working around my furniture but I do think in mapping my space it missed a few corners. I haven't tried to use the mopping feature yet - I need to set the carpeted areas in the house so it knows that to vaccuum and what to mop. I love the idea of the mop SO much because of the cleanliness aspect (I hate mopping more than vacccumming) but the set up does feel time consuming. That's probably the biggest con - that it requires an app and set up and that all takes time. It's not a big deal to me but I can see how that would frustrate some people. You also need good wifi to have it work. I will say it's a little louder than I would have expected but I get used to it very quickly. I would have also loved the one that empties it's own filter - just one less step for me if everything about it is easy/hands off - but like I said everything else about it makes less work cleaning for me so that's a win.

Great for a busy life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently gotten to try this shark 2in1 robot vacuum. And I’ll start off by saying it’s super easy to set up to get it ready for use. It talked to me so tgat was a little surprising. I liked how it mapped my house. Even thought the mapping wasn’t perfect. I’m still struggling on how to add my carpets to the map. But overall I’m very pleased. It really helps with daily cleaning. Especially in a busy household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark US - Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot is a good vacuum. This was super easy to set up to my WiFi and only took a few minutes to assemble. Although a good concept with the map of the house I feel it could be improved. It was a little difficult understanding which room was which and you can’t follow it on the map as it’s running. But overall the vacuum and mop cleaned very well on my floors. And there is different spot settings for harder messes. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family!

Amazing vacuum/mop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an area rug in my wooded/tiled living. I want all the areas to be vacuumed and the non-rug area to be mopped. I learned, that there are 2 ways of doing this. First, add a no-mopping zone. Adding the No Mopping Zone is not precise. It requires multiple tries and re-adjustment. But after a few attempts, you can set it. With this No Mopping Zone and both the attachments attached to the robot, the robot vacuums and mops the living room but does not go onto the rug to only vacuum it. The second way is to run the robot for vacuum only by detaching the mopping felt attachment. It is okay to have a water tank with water attached while vacuuming. This will vacuum my wooded/tiled area as well as the rug area. Once vacuuming is completed then attach the mopping felt attachment and now run it for mopping. Now it will not go over the rug as you have already set up the rug area as no mopping zone. While vacuuming it makes a noise of about 54db and while emptying it goes up to 75db that too for 20 sec or so. So noise-wise it is not bad. This has only one edge sweeper fan. This is not that effective. So in the area like the kitchen, I generally sweep the boundaries myself and ask the robot to do the rest of the work. Although it is said that the duct collector collects the dust for up to 6 weeks, I have not yet emptied it. Super easy setup I highly recommend this vacuum!

It does both things .( mops and vacuums ) it runs from your phone which is a good feature. It did a test run. ( to map it out) works good. It was easy to set up. ( Ive had others in the past) it was quiet running. Overall a good decision.

Good but could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used a shark robot vac for a while now so was wondering excited to give this new one a try with the sonic mop function. The vac part works as good as always with carpets and have noticed no issues in regards to that. I have noticed some wet spots that the mop has not picked up even with mapping out floors out properly. It’s definitely a solid machine but would expect a bit better result for what the machine costs.

This model also swept and mopped my floors which is a great feature. My floors looked clean and shiny when the robot was done. The only thing the robot does not do is vacuum quietly. Great Modern Tool

I have back problems from two car accidents I had in the past so it’s hard for me to do housework. With this product not only do I have to bend over or exert a lot of energy, but I can just forget it was working for me. This tool picked up a lot of sand and dirt off my wooden floors also. I like how I can use the app on my phone to program what I want the product to do and when.
