I thought this worked well for a while, but it does easily get clogged up with hair, especially pet hair. It is also quite loud, you can’t run it at night while people are sleeping

I’m feeling a bit let down by this product, and I typically love Shark products. It doesn’t respond to my phone commands, and although it does pick up hair from the floor, its suction power isn’t very strong. I wish I had researched more before making this purchase. If I had the option to return it, I would—and I’m still contemplating it.

It’s quiet and powerful. I have it set to run every day. I'm very impressed with this vacuum. It's able to sneak under beds and tight to reach places very well. Battery life seems great and no concerns there. This is a fantastic robot vacuum! It cleans very good.

I got this for Christmas a few years ago and loved it!! I had the app all set up and had a schedule. About a year later I realized it said “disconnected” on the app. I tried everything deleted the app, removed the robot and reconnected it, and nothing worked. I’m still having this problem two years later and it’s extremely frustrating. The vacuum itself still works but it’s not as convenient as it should be. I’ve seen a lot of people with this same issue, they should really get it figured out.

It’s a nice robot. But!! The capacity is very small, after one - two uses (depends how clean is your house), you need to change and clean it almost after every use!! It cleans good, but not the best. It has to be charged all the time, because the battery goes fast. Sometimes it gets stuck. And it’s noisy, my husband doesn’t like it because the noise is bothering him. I live SHARK brand so much!! But I think I have to change this vacuum.

We have dogs and I feel like no matter how much I sweep or vacuum with a regular vacuum my floors constantly have hair on them. We also have kids to as most of you know as soon as you clean it’s almost immediately messy again which is frustrating. This vacuum is such a big help! I don’t know what I did without it. I can set it and let it do its thing. I still have to occasionally sweep but this helps me keep the floors clean in between my main sweeps. My dogs are still a little scared of it so I run it while they are in another room.

With this vacuum cleaner, there is no need to argue about convenience anymore. The compact design helps the machine go into small places to vacuum, so smart. However, homes with children should pay a little attention to avoid electric shock even if the chance is very small.

I bought an RV750CA in the fall of 2020. I've had it 3 years and it has proven very reliable. I run it every few days and it does a great job of picking up dust and hair, both from carpet and linoleum. I would highly recommend one!

I do like these a ton more than the Roombas (I still have a Roomba on my top floor). But this takes care of pet hair like a boss and maps really well, albeit takes a few runs to really map well. I've had some minor issues with having to reset it with the dust bin a few times. You do realize how gross your carpets are when you clean things out. All in all, great purchase (and much more affordable than iRobot)

I couldn't live without this product! With 3 kids ranging from 13 mos to 13 yrs I'm a busy momma who barely has time to sweep the floors. It kind of does its own thing and gets confused sometimes but it picks up all the little bits of crumbs and cat hairs that the broom misses. It lasts long and I can voice control it with my Alexa. I was a bit skeptical at first, but upon trying this Shark Robot Vacuum, I am amazed at how much of a help this has been. With four children and a puppy, I find it so hard to tackle some everyday tasks. This has made life easier! Our homes main floor living is about 2,000 square feet and 98% of the flooring is hardwood, our kitchen and bath have snap vinyl. We also have a few area rugs. The app was easy to set up and very straight forward. I am really amazed at how much puppy hair, dust and debris this picks up.. Battery life was good to complete the job and it returned to its docking station when it was done. I've had no issues with connectivity through WiFi, even though my Modem is downstairs and the vacuum is upstairs. I have it set to run everyday. The only time I use manual vacuum, is when I clean against the baseboards.

Ok I have this and absolutely love it on hard wood, tile, or laminate! As for carpet goes I would go with a NO! I have a dog and it doesn’t vacuum all the dog hair up on carpet! I love my new 1st robot vacuum it’s so efficient very effective you do not use any type of water with this vacuum I wish they make one that you can use solution to clean the floor I’m pretty for sure they have one I just haven’t looked it up

I received thus as a Christmas gift .I am impressed how well it works on my area carpet. Disappointed that it didn't come with the boundary strips even though it said it did. Have to get up a lot to either get it unstuck or because it knocks something down.
