The last thing anyone needs in 2021 is more grey furniture. I picked light beige and still ended up with grey furniture. It’s also a bit shorter than I was expecting but I still need to put the feet on. Came in one piece though besides the feet which was convenient.

No idea about the quality, but the “light beige” is not beige at all!! It is “grayish beige” as labeled on the shipping box, which is not possible- something is either beige or it’s gray, not both.

Well, I looked for *the* perfect ottoman for weeks. I searched every major furniture store, every online store and every curated website I could think of. After whittling down to dozens, then a few, I settled on this one. I got it on sale and had a great coupon to use, which was a bonus, and shipping was free. The ottoman is beautiful and so far, pretty wonderful. It's the perfect charcoal grey to match our blue/yellow/grey living room and stores a ton of my son's toys. My husband put the legs on very easily (in fact, my 2 year old helped). It holds open but the lid is very light, so even if it were to fall I wouldn't be worried about my son's fingers. I'm trying to think of all of the helpful things I've read in alll of the hundreds of reviews I've read, lol. The top doesn't open "in", rather, you'll need two inches or so of clearance behind it. The charcoal grey was true to the screen color. Delivery was fast. It was on the cheapest end so I'm not freaked out about it getting ruined right away like I would be with something more expensive or lighter in color. Once again, Target has come through with a beautiful, functional and inexpensive piece of furniture that I love! No judging the cat hair on the pics, please! Happy ottoman hunting!! * I'm only docking one star on the design because I'd LOVE if it had been one of those "zero clearance" opening storage ottoman. Luckily we have a little bit of wiggle room behind the ottoman so that it can open about 80% instead of 100%.
