Tasty and convenient!
Purchased these sides for Thanksgiving and they were perfect! Good portion, good flavor, and easy to prepare. I followed the initial directions, heating for two minutes in the micro, but then finished them in the oven - so good! I didn't add the cheese topping since there was enough cheese already mixed in, but I still I left under the broiler for five minutes - perfect! Would definitely purchase again!

Decent flavor, but to soft after cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For microwavable meal of vegetables it wasn’t half bad. However, the texture, even if I microwave them at not the full amount They were still almost too soft for my liking. However, I know with fresh vegetables you will have more control of that. It can be an excellent side to a meal. The flavors were actually quite good and it has a little bit of garlic and the potatoes tasted excellent. The price point was affordable as well.

Truly terrible food. I should’ve known when the only instructions were to microwave. Veggies were mushy and gross. Brussels sprouts were inedible. Broccoli was okay but there was only 3 pieces in it total.

Delicous Roasted Vegetables
Despite being an avid Target shopper, I’ve never written a review for an item purchased there. I decided to do it for these vegetables b/c they’re that good and I hope they keep them in stock year round. You have to roast them in the oven at minimum I 375, though probably more like 400-425, and only for a short amount of time. That way the veggies get carmelized around the edges, yet retain some crispness. They’re delicious, fast, and even my 7 year old likes them. Definitely worth trying and definitely worth Target hopefully keeping them in rotation! Hint hint

Delicious mixed vegetables
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vegetables are honestly the best vegetables I’ve ever had. I love the simplicity of just popping them in the microwave and cooking them that way. These vegetables don’t even taste like store bought convenience food. They taste so great and I really love the Parmesan cheese that is mixed in and on top. I think this is a seasonal item but I wish they had it year round.

Underwhelming and tangy flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These roasted vegetables were a little underwhelming. I cooked them as directed and found the vegetables to be soggie and a little bit tangy like vinegar. The Parmesan cheese was tasty and wish I could have added more to mask the flavor a little bit. I felt like I could taste the preservatives and think I’ll stick to buying fresh or frozen veggies and seasoning myself.

Good for when you need a quick side dish

They weren't anything special and definitely something you could make at home but I guess if you are in a hurry it would be a good option. It comes with a little packet of parmesan cheese to sprinkle on afterwards. Its a quick and easy side though, less than 5 minutes in the microwave. Good tasting, a little too oily though.

The texture is a miss, has potential but too mushy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try these vegetables because I hate cooking and always looking for convenient snacks or meals. This was very simple to “cook” just placed in the microwave and added the included cheese on top. The seasonings were good, the vegetables had a good flavor. The problem was that you could taste the “frozen” flavor. My husband did not like the texture. The potatoes and Brussel sprouts were very mushy. I like the flavor but also had a tough time with the rubbery mushy texture.

These roasted veggies with Parmesan cheese, were great! I’d definitely purchase again. The pictures are after a portion was ate, but the package was full and the variety of vegetables was pretty even. The seasoning was nicely flavored and not overpowering. I paired with baked salmon for fairly healthy and light dinner. Says they are a seasonal item, but I hope they carry these year round!
