I bought this product two weeks ago, and I really, really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, it leaves my skin, dry, tight and pinched. I am 56, have always had dry skin, but this is uncomfortable. I don't know if it's the sunscreen that's the problem, but the product is very thin and not very rich. I did not have this issue with Cereve Moisturizing Cream (which is thicker, richer, with similar ingredients but has no sunscreen).

I am VERY picky when it comes to sunscreens and this one is a 2 in 1! It’s a great lightweight moisturizer with spf and it does not leave a white cast on my mixed complexion, nor does it have a strong spf scent like others. It’s not greasy but very hydrating, i LOVE this stuff and have only used it a short time

The wide opening makes it a bit difficult to control how much product comes out resulting in a bit of waste. I will say it is a lot thinner than other sunscreens I’ve used recently which I love because it feels much lighter. However, it does leave my skin feeling a bit oily. I am also not a fan of the scent. It smells like old school sunscreen and I forgot how much I hate that smell 😂 there’s just so many good sunscreens these days that don’t have the “sunscreen scent” so I’m not sure if I would purchase this.

I’m at a loss for words. How did they come up with such an amazing product. I mean it melts into the skin BUT then put it in a tube that just spits it all out?!?! Someone needs put in a different position over in packaging!

ROC Barrier Renew is fine. It isn't fabulous, but it didn't break me out. The packaging is annoying--the little teeny tiny cap is the perfect size to fall down your sink drain if your hands are slippery from the product and you are trying to recap the tube. Because the cap is small, the tube can't stand on its end in the medicine cabinet or on a shelf, so if you are doing a whole ROC product routine, you will have a pile of tubes. I found the packaging offputting enough to switch to a different product when my tubes were empty. The product wasn't fabulous enough for me to not be annoyed by the packaging.

Didn’t realize but this is more of a sunscreen than moisturizer. Thin liquid that I’ve accidentally squeezed to much out of the tube. I love ROC products but don’t think I’ll buy this one again.

This makes my skin turn so red and dry. I only used it for 2 days and I stopped using it because it causes my skin very sensitive to sun, heat and even my other face cream. I never have sensitive skin and had used many different kinds of sunscreen, but this one is too harsh on my skin. I had to put Vaseline on my face to calm down the redness, peeling and dryness even though I hate using Vaseline because it’s sticky and I hate the petroleum smell. I had to return it which I don’t usually returned sunscreen products.

It’s low scent and feels nice and cool. I love to use this before i put on my makeup or just as an extra layer on no makeup days to give me a little glow.

This moisturizes well and goes on easily. It's less creamy than similar sunscreen moisturizers, more liquidy. I don't love the packaging for this consistency. It's hard to control the amount and gets messy.

This is the perfect sunscreen for DRY/sensitive skin. I have no idea if it work for oily or acne prone. No harsh fragrance. Saved my skin in the winter!

I’m not sure if it’s because of the ceramides, prebiotics or just the ratio of the active ingredients. But it works. Left my face and neck feeling fresh, plump and hydrated with absolutely no rashes (which has unfortunately been my experience with every other sunscreen containing product I have tried. Thank you for this creation. I have a sunscreen I can use at last.

I really love this moisturizer. I was using cerave lotion and wasn’t feeling like my skin was moisturized enough. And I struggled a lot finding SPF. A lot would leave white cast and I was focusing on mineral spf but I came across this and found it nice that the spf was already in the cream. I love it honestly. Hasn’t irritated my skin and I’m very sensitive. No smell. Nothing to worry about. And it’s great. Just re apply when you’re out and you’ll be fine. And I love that it has prebiotics. My rosacea skin loves this. I finally found my go to. Thanks so much. Please don’t change nothing. It’s wonderful.

I needed a new moisturizer with SPF and decided to try this. I love that it's fragrance free. I also love the consistency; it's creamy, light and my skin loves it. I also like that it doesn't give the white cast that some sunscreens do.
