A: It is very tippy. My daughter used it in her first year of dance and it does not stand up on one end because the sides are soft. I considered adding some structure to the bottom to help but since the entire duffel is soft that would not be enough. The soft sides serve a purpose because you can fold it flat. If this bag is stuffed full, then I believe it would not tip.

A: Have a few rolling duffels, they all tip. No matter how much they cost. But they are light, hold a lot, and easy to roll. Most of the time airlines wanted me to check mine.
