Ronay Wood Writing Desk with Storage - Inspire Q

What I ordered and what i received were two different things. I have added the picture online of what I ordered. And the actual color thay came. Does not look like the picture online at all.

I bought this desk during the big holiday sales at Target. Was looking for a serious, functional desk that also looked good and lasted for a long time, but at a reasonable price point. Enter, this desk. I was nervous because of the low price point, but I shouldn't have been. This desk is AWESOME. Assembled in minutes by myself, and everything was in gorgeous condition, despite a big gash in the side of the delivery box. I love the textured top most of all.... the dips and grooves give it a great handcrafted appeal, and the black metal legs are sturdy and a great combination of modern and craftsman. No hidden storage, but I have some bookcases nearby with closed storage for that. I could not be happier with this desk.... great piece and worth twice the price I paid!

I ordered the Weathered Brown color. The color has a bit more of a dark walnut color to it then I figured from the pictures. Overall, the desk is sturdy, well made and only took me about 45 minutes to assemble single handed. Desk came very well packaged, not damaged at all upon delivery. The tabletop is not a smooth flat surface due to the rustic appearance. There are some ‘natural’ dips, and grooves. However these are not very significant. My monitors, keyboard and mouse are lay flat and run smoothly over the tabletop.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s a large desktop and the color is true to the photos online. I’ve only been using it for a week, so I cannot speak to its durability yet. The surface is slightly textured, so I plan to get a desk pad for writing. It blends with my bedroom furniture and is aesthetically pleasing.

Very pleased with desk. Shipped quickly. Easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 mins. Looks great!

Was hoping the wood would be lighter in color and less distressed like shown in the decorated photo, but it is exactly like the stand alone photo, dark and quite distressed. Still very nice, looks great and very easy to assemble. Well packaged and protected, and arrived in perfect condition.

I love this desk. Great size working space. Can put books or baskets on the shelves or create your preferred style. I can see this working in a variety of rooms.

Easy to install, about 45 minutes. Minor unevenness in the wood. Keyboard was uneven, turned the desk around and it was perfect. Love the wood and metal combo.
