The chair is great quality. I'm giving it 4 stars, because it's not what I expected...which is mostly my fault for not looking closer at the description. The material is pretty firm (not as cushy as it looks in the pictures). My husband and I are also tall (5'11" & 6'5"), and the back rest is not tall enough for us to lean our heads back, and the arm rests are pretty low for us. Also, be aware that this reclines, but DOES NOT rock. Overall, great chair, but just be aware of what you get...it may not be what you're looking for.
