I tried the bracelet on, and it is beautiful... I tried to remove it, and the clasp was so tight I had a hard time opening it. However, after a few hours It was off. I then took some small tools and opened the rounded parts of the clasp just a bit, and made them easier to open... and now it is just fine.

The bracelet is gorgeous. Received a lot of compliments the first time I wore it. The second time I wore it, I happened to glance down at my wrist and it was gone! Looked down on the floor and there it was. The bracelet broke between two of the stones. It literally broke, it wasn't snapped or pulled, just gave way. I called Ross and was told nothing they could do for me. It's rather sad.
