The RTIC 20 QT Ultra-Tough Cooler is the perfect grab-and-go cooler for your next fishing trip, jobsite lunch, or weekend getaway. Compact yet built to perform, this cooler features rotomolded construction for maximum durability and up to 1.7 inches of closed-cell foam insulation to keep ice cold for up to 3 days when following RTIC's cooling tips. With a 20 quart capacity, It holds up to 30 cans and includes a stainless steel handle with a silicone grip that locks upright for one-handed carrying. Designed with convenience in mind, it features a rapid V-drain system, molded tie-down slots, non-skid rubber feet, and integrated lock holes for extra security wherever you take it.

Not a fan, i have several coolers from RTIC. This one feels a bit gimmick. Why have two different size drain holes? To sell you more stuff when things happen? The metal handle is not needed and it comes out of the holes when you slide it towards you. Why not have the rope handles like most other models, we know it is heavy enough. Looks just fine, i have had it for almost a month now but seems to be a miss. I will stick to the original models moving forward.

This is the worst cooler I have ever purchased. Every time the handle is moved it pops out the hole on the side of the cooler and has scratched the cooler a lot. It has done this straight out of the box.

Overall its a great cooler but it is rather large for as little as it will hold inside. A cooler like this is great for day trips so I would like to see the thickness of the insulated walls be thinner and able to hold more inside.

Just bought a second one with personalization for basketball team! (My dad took my other one and claimed it). Great product. Just wish the 20 qt had a small basket option to keep maybe a few sandwiches in or crustables.
