Description

The RTIC 20 QT Ultra-Tough Cooler is the perfect grab-and-go cooler for your next fishing trip, jobsite lunch, or weekend getaway. Compact yet built to perform, this cooler features rotomolded construction for maximum durability and up to 1.7 inches of closed-cell foam insulation to keep ice cold for up to 3 days when following RTIC's cooling tips. With a 20 quart capacity, It holds up to 30 cans and includes a stainless steel handle with a silicone grip that locks upright for one-handed carrying. Designed with convenience in mind, it features a rapid V-drain system, molded tie-down slots, non-skid rubber feet, and integrated lock holes for extra security wherever you take it.

    Not bad

    Metal handle comes out of its hole you pull too much on either side. Wished it was a soild piece that was more secure. Once of the rubber feet fell off when sliding it around my leather backseat and white flakes came out and now that rubber feet won’t stay in place. Ice retention is 1 day if that but it gets the job done. I almost feel like i should’ve just bought a yeti but i feel for the cool bear logo.

    Used it one time!

    I have used it one time and one of the feet on the bottom of the ice chest has came off not sure how this happened but for the amount that was spent on this cooler, I feel like it didn’t last I’m definitely not satisfied with this cooler.

    20Qt Ultra Tough Cooler

    This is not a lite cooler. I don’t like the metal handle. It comes out of the holes when carrying it so you have to watch that it hasn’t slipped out. I would have preferred the standard rope handles. It also slips when moving the handle to the side! Otherwise, it keeps things in the cooler cold. Nice size for a 2nd cooler.

    Love it!

    Best purchase

    I have always used a generic personal cooler for weekend use. The ice wouldn't last a long as id like, constantly had to refill it, but now this amazing cooler changes that completely. Very happy

    Great cooler

    Pleasure using this well built cooler. Absolutely hated the free cup sent as part of a promotion. It was literally junk and went strait into the trash. Probably why it came as a gift. The cooler on the other hand held ice for days.

    Artic 20 Handle Pops Out

    Got this cooler to take to the lake. So far both times we have used it the handle pops out on one side and won’t stay in. Afraid I’m going to be carrying it and it’s going to fall on my foot. Sent in an email to Artic to see what they say. So far pretty disappointed about this issue.

    Cooler

    I just wish the latches was done differently it scratches your knuckles. . a little different I’m used to yeti coolers …but the quality is definitely good love the cooler it holds ice for my work truck in my guys going in out all day …so that’s a plus I would definitely buy again actually looking at a wheeled one but I don’t see ultra tough in that style which is what I want …

    Warranty

    Good ice retention. Unfortunately I have sent mine back for warranty because the drain was leaking. That was two weeks ago and have not heard anything back yet.

    Leaky

    I purchased this cooler specifically for a work trip this weekend. Loved it until I used it. Unknown to me, the larger of the two drain plugs leaks, a lot. No amount of cleaning and re-seating the plug will stop it. It also didn't hold ice as well as I had hoped. Admittedly, we were working in hot weather (98 degrees), however, the cooler was in an open trailer, which was in a covered shop and had AC running. . . . . leaking. 😞

    Daily use not recommended

    Ice doesn't last like advertised. It only makes it a day and a half. Cooler is awkward to carry and not worth the money
