Rubies Girls Monarch Butterfly Costume

To start off, I ordered a medium and was sent a small. I never leave reviews on anything, but this was just so bad I found it necessary. The flower head piece is NOTHING like the photo. It’s like a weird cloth thing. I included a picture. I wouldn’t recommend this for anybody. Very disappointed.

So…We just received this item as a ship to home order. The wings were folded in quarters and were stuck together. It seems they partially melted (maybe sat in a hot warehouse or something) because there are glitter and uneven paint blotches on them. Furthermore, after opening the package and trying the dress on my daughter, the floor was covered in glitter. You can’t tell from the pictures that it’s accented in so much glitter. I don’t want my child ingesting that much glitter so I’ll be taking it back. One other thing, the wings appear to be for a smaller size than the Large that I purchased. In theory it’s a cute design, just curb the glitter or use something else.
