If you are installing a new curtain rod with your blackout curtains, look for a return rod or a wraparound rod. They are blackout, however, you need to hang them much higher than the window or light will shine above. And a second panel was needed for my window to have access fabric on the sides so no light finds its way out.

These curtains are the biggest fail ever. The quality is terrible, loose stings everywhere, a mid-seen seam at the top of each panel that looks like a grey line drawn onto the white curtain from them pulling out the thread but it left a crooked mark in the fabric the whole width of the curtain. The ruffles a crooked. They look cheap in person. Frayed edges

Inconsistent blackout design
I Ordered two curtains but one had to be delivered and was not available for a pick up. At first I was so happy with the style and blackout design, until the second curtain arrived and the blackout material stopped before the curtain rod pocket, which ultimately let in more light. So, I went to 3 different stores to find a curtain that matched the first and was disappointed to find that all of the curtains did not have blackout material on the rod pocket. They must have updated the design to cut costs, which I feel affects the quality. Still debating on whether to keep them. Was thinking to order the longer curtains to see if they are fully lined.

These curtains work great for my girls nursery. They black out more light then I thought they would! I tried a few others before these. One thing that I didn’t like was one panel was more see through than the other? I returned the one that shined through more light. In my photo it’s the one on the left. So weird! They look exactly the same but when the light shines through you can see the difference.

I love these curtains. A simple plain curtain with a little bit of frill makes for a great addition to my daughter’s room. They do need a little bit of a steam, but they work really well and definitely black out a good amount of light. I think to call them blackout is a bit of a stretch, but we use roll down blinds and it makes the room totally dark with this as in addition.
