A “new chair smell” is normal, but we recognize that some individuals may have more sensitives than others; or even allergies that affect their response. We recommend that anyone who is feeling pain or discomfort while sitting in one of our chairs, or has headaches, nausea, or other physical concerns should discontinue the use of their chair. Love the aesthetic and design, but the cushion doesn’t have much support, as i like when cushions are just slightly firm, but this is more squishy. I gave it 4 stars for that. Set up was unclear but manageable. All in all, happy w the purchase, but could be comfier.

I purchased 2 of these chairs in linen (now out of stock) The ‘finch’ chairs were delivered instead. I initially believed that the photos were misleading and that I had misunderstood the color. We decided to assemble one chair. The instructions display 3 bolts sizes . The instructions only utilize 2 Bolt sizes. Unfortunately , non of the bolts fit, we were unable to assemble the chair. The chair itself is exactly what I want, unfortunately, the linen color is now out of stock and the chairs that were delivered were not usable. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I returned both chairs. The same chairs are available on WAYFAIR - but I am hesitant to purchase because if the BOLT issue is an issue with all the stock, returning to WAYFAIR will be more problematic than returning to target .
