Unfortunately Disappointing
I wanted to love this bench, but I could not. The first bench arrrived and I knew by the look of the beat up box there was no way the bench would be in good condition. The top of the bench had large cracks in it and was unrepairable. The return was easy and the second box arrived in somewhat better shape, however the top of the bench had another unrepairable crack. Could the issue be appropriate packaging? The bench is not small nor incredibly light and would benefit from a more sturdy shipping box and additional padding. There was not an option for a 3rd return and replace. I will be looking elsewhere for a bench.

Color and size are off
Pictures really need to be updated to avoid the hassle & waste from the item being shipped & returned. Bad: Really red in person, not at all like the light brown in the pictures. The wood grain slats were also unexpected. Also wider than listed so I can’t even close my door. Good: Sturdy and heavy. No assembly.
