Tastes Awful
I had tried and liked the strawberry bar and thought I would give the vanilla one a shot. I regret that decision. It tastes awful. There is nothing about the flavor or texture that is appealing. I would not recommend this at all.

My favorite protein bars.
Love the rich peanut butter flavor. It keeps me satisfied for hours. Love that its a healthy option that doesn't taste like cardboard, and that they use a natural sugar, instead of sugar alcohols that always leave you with an aftertaste of battery acid.

They're a bit dry but honestly I didn't mind? They taste great, very natural, no weird aftertaste. I only got 2 bc my husband gobbled the others down (he said same thing, dry, but good-tasting). Good thing to keep in the pantry for a "real-food" break from the other protein bars out there.

I've been a daily RX bar girlie for a few months now - I switched to the Oat version a few months ago (love those, too!) and recently decided to give the protein version a try - glad I did. I actually really enjoy both the flavor and texture. These are my new favorite! The only protein bar I've ever tried that doesn't leave an artificial taste in my mouth. My new weekday busy morning breakfast bar! The vanilla bean flavor is very natural compared to other "vanilla" bars I've tried.

They definitely do taste dry/chalky as others have shared but I appreciate the clean ingredients and high protein. I’ll finish the box but honestly mixing some protein powder into peanut butter with a splash of milk would be similar and taste better.
