These are the first RX Bars that Ive tried that I actually enjoy eating. Tried them as a snack to help support my breastfeeding journey since they have oats and they are so yummy. Will be repurchasing.

The blueberry adds a really nice burst of flavor. They’re not too filling, so they’re a good morning snack. The only potential con is that they’re kind of sticky, so if you have any sort of dental work, you maybe need to be careful.

The simple ingredients keep my stomach and body feeling good with minimal bloat. The oat flavor is delicious it is like oatmeal bar with blueberries and cashews. The texture is thick and chewy - sometimes gets stuck in your teeth but it is worth it! The packaging is nice and I like that it is specified as an "AM" bar - as I always have a bar for breakfast in the car!

However I was disappointed in the taste. It just was not what I expected after the event I experienced. I would not buy it or eat it personally. I think you have to give it a try yourself. I can’t explain why I didn’t enjoy it but it just wasn’t for me

How in the world can a bar be made out of so little items?! I have to say the I really enjoyed the chewy texture and the ability to take it on the go. I also love the fact that it contains nothing I can't read and nothing artificial - all the better for my aging body! Kudos to a company that only wants the best for their customers! I highly recommend.
