The Cutie PAT Round 0-6M has a soft round nipple, and can be used by newborns up until 6 months. Once baby develops teeth, transition to a 0M+ or a Stage 2 Cutie PAT, for babies with or without teeth.
Named for its function, the Cutie PAT is a Pacifier And Teether in one. The pacifier side was created to soothe, while the teether was developed to aid in teething relief. The Cutie PAT is a safe, one-piece design made out of 100% medical-grade silicone. It has a large round shield for teething, and large holes for safe breathing. The teether handle provides comfort for sore gums, and also makes it easy for baby to hold and place in their mouth.
CARE: Wash with warm water and mild soap. Dishwasher safe, top rack only.
CAUTION: To avoid a choking hazard, complete a pull test inspection before each use, by pulling the nipple in all directions. Check for damages such as cracks, tears, and/or excessive wear. If damaged, discard immediately. Nipple should be sucked on as a means to soothe, not chewed. For safety and hygiene, it is recommended to replace after 4 weeks of continued use. Do not use without adult supervision. Do not tie around a child's neck. Only use with pacifier clips that are CPSC compliant. If the entire pacifier becomes lodged in the mouth, do not panic; it cannot be swallowed. Remove gently and do a pull test inspection.

Cute but break too easy
My daughter loves pacifier from this brand. However with teeth, those ones would break in a few hours. The flat ones last a bit longer but no more than a few days. At the price point, hope the brand can make their pacifiers more durable. It’s pretty scary when my baby bit off the tip of the pacifiers.

Great pacifier
This is perfect for my daughter! She mainly uses Mam pacifiers, but since she’s found her hands she prefers using her fingers. This one is similar enough to her tiny little finger so she loves it. She also looks super cute waving it around.

A no for me
These were ridiculously expensive and there’s nothing particularly special about them. I’ve used almost every pacifier on the market and these are cool because they’re easy to clean and silicone the shape of them is appealing but comparatively they are similar to the Dr. Browns Happy Paci, but the happy pacis are far better. The texture of the handle makes my baby use these more as a teether than a pacifier but still ridiculously priced.

Amazing product!
Both of my daughters have used the round cutie pats. These are the easiest to clean, they have a great handle for holding or if your my nine month, it’s great to gnaw on. These colors are also a dream and so fun to pair with all their cutie clips! I love that they also put so much care and attention to detail on not only the packaging but the health and safety standards.

Worth every penny!
