This is by far one of my most favorite protein brands and this one is my favorite protein flavor from them. It taste exactly like blueberry muffins if you put it in oatmeal and I think it is a great source of protein in the morning.

This is my favorite flavor of Ryse protein powder. I typically mix it in unsweetened almond milk or oat milk and it tastes delicious. I have also mixed it in water and it is okay but I much prefer it in creamy milk alternative. I like the freeze dried berry pieces in it.

Pretty high artificial taste to it. The more crucial thing to know is that it has pieces of 'blueberries' in the powder. They do not dissolve. Chugging protein with chunks of stuff hitting the back of my throat is not it.

Pairing this with fair life milk is a must! 38g of protein with it being around 220 calories is fantastic. The blueberries in the shake are a nice touch and are delicious.

I am so happy Target carries this protein powder! After trying it on a whim, this tastes like blueberry muffin in a liquid form. There’s freeze dried blueberries that makes this even better. It mixes perfectly in a BlenderBottle; I tried it with Fairlife Fat Free Skim Milk. 10/10 recommend
