Perfect
I bought a pair to try them. They work so well, I've recommended them to a few friends. Overnight protection, for heavy flows - fully expected and wanted granny panties. These are so much vetter than that. The padding is impresively thin. No leaks. Very comfy, but on the outside, just looks like nice underwear. Must buy more.

The leg seam came out on the first wear. Disappointed because these are not inexpensive and I appreciated the safety standards of the materials used. Not sure I would purchase more if are basically disposable in one wear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a tampon user for all of my menstruating life, but wanted to try period underwear to cut down on tampon use for health reasons. I absolutely love these! They are very comfortable, soft, and stretchy, and the padding in the light-flow and moderate- flow options is barely noticeable. I used the size chart, and I found it to be very accurate. I’ll continue using tampons while out of the house, but plan to exclusively wear period underwear at home. Even for women who have never liked using pads (like me), if nothing else, I wholeheartedly believe that these are the best option of feminine product to wear overnight, and the light-flow options are great for use as panty liners. Disappointing quality
I love that these are cotton and they work great but after less than a years worth of wear the seam has separated from the elastic at the side of the hip around the leg. I’m trying to buy quality items that last and this is a major disappointment.

Very uncomfortable
These are SO uncomfortable. Fairly decent underwear cut, nice rear coverage, like the fabric. However, the problem with these lies in the absorbent fabric. It is only sewn to the inside lining and isn’t attached to the outside layer. Consequently, it moves with any movement of the wearer, and because it is stiffer than the other layers, it scratches and gets stuck and generally feels like a cheap pad. What is the point of spending $30+ on period underwear if they aren’t any more comfortable than a pad?
