I’m very pleased with this purchase. Coming from someone who has been wanting to try these for a while I now wish I would’ve tried them out way sooner!!

I found this much easier to use than I anticipated. I also really appreciate how clean I feel using this product versus other methods.

I am a fertility awareness educator and I recommend Saalt cups, discs, and underwear to all of my clients. They save you a lot of money, time, thought, leakage… and they really help you to learn about your body and your period which is so important.

There’s definitely a learning curve to this but once I found the right position to insert the cup and the right fold of was surprisingly easy and with no discomfort. I felt nothing while wearing it. The removal process was definitely harder than the insertion but like I said it’s just a learners curve

I love how soft these are and being able to try both sizes. These were my first ever cups and i have been able to use both sizes throughout my cycle. I used the large on heavy days and was able to use the smaller one the last few days of my cycle. There was a slight learning curve with getting it positioned correctly and fully expanded. Using a cup has changed my life! These are so much better than tampons. No leaks! Less cramps! Only having to deal with it every 12hrs? Amazing!

I had been using a different menstrual cup for about three years, but over the past 2–3 months, I started experiencing issues with it not opening up or fitting properly. After some observation, I realized that my cervix sits lower during the last couple of days of my period. In those cases, the small cup works better. For the earlier days, I use the regular-sized one, which remains just as comfortable and soft as ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did enjoy the flexibility of these cups, they’re super soft and easy to fold. However I don’t think the regular size works well with my body, as I had problems with positioning the bigger one… so I’m going to stick with the smaller size. I’ve used cups before but this one is definitely the most comfortable when it’s sitting correctly lol. Overall I’d say this one is my favorite and the colors are nice too! I also go the steamer with these and man it’s made the crappy week out of the month so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you have or were looking to give them a try! You can find little tutorial videos everywhere on how to use each product too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am no stranger to menstrual cups, I have tried several brands and sizes of cups/disks to find the perfect one for me. The biggest struggle is the discomfort with a cup, I could feel the cup and some days it was just easier to use a disposable menstrual product. I decided to try the soft duo and I am so glad I did! Once I used it I knew this was the product for me. I felt no discomfort when inserting the cup and it was undetectable. I never felt more confident in wearing a cup and now I can finally ditch disposable products and solely use a cup.

I have 2 children so now I’m wondering why I wasted money on the petite cup. I started with that one and it is too small for my needs. Lots of leaking with the petite size. Honestly, there has been leaking with the larger one too, just not quite as much. There are many things I like about this product like less waste, and no chemicals being leached near my reproductive organs. But I’m not 100% happy with it either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today is only my second day using my cup and so far I really like it. There is definitely a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, putting it in and taking it out has gotten a lot easier. I kept it in for the full 12 hours and even went ice skating today and experienced no leaks! I was able to go to the bathroom throughout the day with no problems. I am also pleasantly surprised with how clean it is. I thought that when removing it I might get blood on my fingers, however, that is not the case. I was also worried about spilling when removing it, however, I have found it pretty easy to remove without spilling. My advice to beginners would be to try different positions when putting it in and taking it out. At first I was having problems taking it out, but once I found the position that works for me, removing it became very easy. Using the cup has resolved all my problems that I’ve experienced with tampons. I really enjoy not having to worry about my period except for in the morning and then at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I haven’t fully been able to get the cup inside yet as it’s a bit bigger and awkward to figure out. The silicone material makes it hard to get inside when it is a lighter flow day, but I plan to keep trying until I can fully determine if I like it or not! The reason behind my three star review is because the cups didn’t come with the normal bags, instead it came with linen ones and the coupon only works for one bag despite that I ordered a duo cup pack which came with two cups and two linen bags. The linen material gets onto the cup whenever I store it so I have to clean it again after I take it out of the bag to remove the lint. I have ordered one more bag with the coupon, but I don’t appreciate that the coupon was only one bag after ordering two different cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tried multiple times at the beginning of my cycle when flow is still light to try to get the hang of it but it leaks every single time and I cannot get the cup to fully open no matter what I do.
