I'm a convert
I used a cup many years ago but went back to disposable products. Tried a menstrual disc, hated it. I was worried about buying the “right” cup. I was so glad I bought this two pack. Turns out, I was wrong about the cup size I would need most often! I love not having to think about it during a 12-hour shift.

Still leaks
I was hoping that it would last longer than a couple hours without leaking. It is a great if you don't have a heavy flow. But having to empty it every couple hours at work is very difficult without easy access to a sink close to the toilet.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the regular duo for four years and was happy with it overall, but I felt a little pressure at times. That's why I decided to try the soft version. It made a big difference for me! I find that inserting it is a little different, but it didn't take me more than a day or two to get used to inserting the new cups. I can’t imagine using anything else!

Great- but a struggle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is only my second version of a product, but I did not realize how difficult it is to remove it. My other cup had a loop at the end to help put it out and I really struggled bit, it made it really difficult to grip onto. I would love one of these with more of a hook or an easier pull tab.

My new period solution!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes me feel like I’m not even on my period! Love being able to go 12 hours between uses. The small cup is comfortable for me. Easy to use after the first couple tries.

Soft cups 4 lyfe
I've been a cup / Saalt soft cup user for 2+ years now in an effort to be more eco-friendly and I am proud to say I've converted at least 3 other people in my life to try them out, too! I can never go back to that pad/tampon life... in fact, due to a family emergency, I had to travel out of state for an extended period of time and forgot to pack my cups and wash. Lo and behold, my period came. I scrambled to pick up some tampons and pads and I feel so unsanitary using them. I miss my cup and wish local retailers carried the soft cup version because I would've ran out to the store and bought a new one right away! Buy a soft cup - you won't regret it!

pretty good! best cup yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably my 4th or 5th cup brand I'm trying. I have used cups on and off for the last decade, but having 2 kids has significantly changed how my cups fit. My uterus actually tilted after my youngest was born. I retook the "put a cup in it" quiz and this brand was the result I got. I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a shot. I use the bigger cup on the first few days of my period and the smaller one on the last 2 usually. It's much softer than my old cups and its not nearly as noticeable as they were after my youngest was born. My one real qualm is that I have to change my cup out around 4 times a day. Previous cups I was changing ~2 times. that could be from flow change, but I don't think my flow has changes *that* much (if anything, they're usually lighter now). Still, i'll sacrifice the minor inconvenience of emptying it more often for the comfort of not feeling the cup and it being almost completely leakproof.

I love these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So about a year ago I jumped on the period cup train. This is the only cup I’ve tried but I do love them. My only only complaint is it seems to make my cramps worse when I have it in. Whether that’s bc of the suction I’m not sure. But these are great cups!

LOOOOVING these! It seriously feels
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOOOOVING these! It seriously feels like I am not even wearing anything. Not having to purchase and carry around pads and tampons has been a game changer. I couldn't be happier!

I had the soft saalt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the soft saalt small cup for a few years and after childbirth i decided to try the bigger cup but it was not what i had expected from my smaller cup experience. When i wear the bigger cup i feel very uncomfortable and it always licked No matter what. I prefer the smaller size. Dislike the other one.

For new users!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ladies I used tampons for 29 years and just switched to the Saalt dou pack at 30 years old. It’s crazy how much this company teaches you about your own body. I love the regular cup for my first two days and then I switch to the soft cup on my lighter days. I am very active and in the military and these cups make life so much easier and safer on my body. Love this product and feel so proud of myself for taking the risk. I was super scared to try and change it up but glad I did. For all those athletes out there… I play a couple of sports and workout just fine

Really happy with it
I never thought I would buy one but I did for travels coming up and not needing to bring a ton of tampons that aren’t readily available amd I used it pre trip to try and actually love it. You just have to see how long you can go with yours and I definitely recommend the cleaner with it. I also recommend putting it in while in the shower but it’s also easy to do not in the shower. Definitely get both sizes and see what works best for your body and internal shaping and see what you like better.

Game changer!
After the initial learning curve, I am so happy I made the switch from pads and tampons to a menstrual cup! I love going 12 hours between changes (just morning and night!) and I have less cramping while using the cup compared to tampons. I’ve happened to have my period while traveling several times this year and it has been so great to not have to worry about packing supplies and finding a bathroom every few hours. I can imagine ever going back!

Used to HATE my period now i dont mind it
If you’re debating on this Just get it!!!!!! I was so hesitant to use a cup over tampons/pads but I’ve been trying to use healthier products for my body and these are WAY better for you then tampons but not only that they don’t leak at all once you get used to it (took me 2-3 cycles before I had zero leaks though but a small liner was great until then) even the first and second cycle I had way less leaks than I had with a tampon though so I was still thrilled from the get go PLUS I also don’t cramp as much and I have heavy periods and still only change this out once a day instead of every time I use the bathroom like I did with tampons. I used to HATE my period but now it honestly doesn’t bother me at all especially cause I only deal with changing it at home and no rushing to the bathroom in public cause I feel it leaking! It’s weird at first though but promise it’s worth it.

Love
My first cup was Diva and I hated it. I tried this brand as a last resort to not use disposable products and this worked better for me. I like the “bell” shape more than the pointed (diva) because it doesn’t seem to shift as much and break the seal. The dual pack is nice to see what fits your body. I wouldn’t strictly go by pre/post pregnancy on the fitting guide

new favorite cup!
i previously had used the flex cup before but realized i stop reaching for it because the cup itself wasn't very soft. the salt cup is perfect for my body. i used the small and honestly didn't feel it for most of the day! and it wasn't as messy to remove as i expected it to be (if it's your first time it may take some getting used to) i'm so happy i decided to make the switch to saalt cups, and it's nice to have this duo pack!
