Life Saver !
I purchased the regular disc with the travel bag. It’s just wonderful! During my period I used to wake up 2-3 times at night to avoid leeking when heavy flows. Now I can sleep through the night :heart_eyes: I absolutely love my purchase.

Overall is good
I really fell in love with menstrual discs, however this specific disc is not easy to work with for me as I thought it would be. The only issues I have is that it rotates, I'm loosing the notch and it hard for me to get it out and I have to spin it with my fingers inside to find the notch. And the second issue - the notch itself. Probably my cervix it high and with my fingers I hardly reach the notch and barely get the disc out. But other than that it doesn't leak and lasts me all day.

Hard to get out
This disc is fine. The finger notch is definitely not life changing. It always moves and then I can't actually get my finger in there, and when I do, it just slips around. Great idea but I end up just having to fish it out the normal way. It's a bit stiffer than other cups I've used but otherwise it's pretty much "just okay".

Uncomfortable, no customer support
I ordered the regular size disc, after taking the quiz on the website. It was consistently uncomfortable to wear, and dislodged completely every time I went to the loo. I contacted Saalt twice over the space of a few weeks, but received no response. Eventually I just had to return the disc, as it was approaching the returns deadline. In retrospect, I probably just needed the smaller size, but I assumed (wrongly) this was something the customer support might be able to advise me on, and I was not willing to make a second order knowing there was no customer support available if I did have any questions or concerns.

Massive upgrade for managing flow

I was scared to try a menstrual disc and I can honestly say, I’m never going back to tampons! Minus the first (minor) freak out trying to remove it, it has been SUCH an easy transition. Inserting was super easy (got it on the first try) and once I figured out how to remove it with my long nails, I haven’t had any issues since. The removal notch definitely makes it easier. Zero odor, zero leakage - no more panty liners! I don’t have to worry about having a tampon on me anymore. I honestly don’t think about it at all while it’s inserted - such a peace of mind. I sleep and swim in it without any issues.

Ive been sleeping under a rock!
After learning about disc's and cups recently from my sister, I decided to buy one right away and try it out, and boy! I wish I knew about them a lot sooner! I went with the disc and im extremely happy with my purchase. These are a game changer! No more inconveniences and its like my menstrual isn't here and the disc truly is mess free for intimacy. My first go at taking it out was a little tricky, but I learned that if you push (like taking a poo) you'll be able to grab it easier with no problems. I will definitely be getting my daughter's to try either the disc's or cups next. 100% recommend

Convert from a cup
I had been using a cup for a while and it would frequently leak. Finally I tried a disk, even though I was worried about using it correctly. My first time inserting it took some effort and it was be messy removing it, but within a few days I felt like a pro. Now I am a total convert - no leakage, even if I leave it in for a while on my heaviest days. I don't feel it when it's in, and it's easy to remove with the finger notch. I have a low cervix and got the regular size.

All the benefits of the cup without the suction feeling!
I love the Saalt Disc! So much more comfortable than the cup, and easier to insert and take out due to no suction and a more flexible material. Recommending this to all my friends! I did get some light spotting on my heavy days, but with the period thongs it was perfect

I love the saalt disc because it’s a more sustainable than tampons and pads. It took ~4 hours before I had to dump due to my heavy period so if you have a heavy period, you might want to take the 12 hour thing with a grain of salt. Also the learning curve for this is massive!! I had a hard time trying to wear the disc but eventually I got the hang of it. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons

The saalt disc has exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried another brand in the past- specifically their disposable discs. With that brand I experienced leaks, discomfort, and it didn’t feel like it fit. I thought maybe I was doing it wrong. This disc is so easy to insert and use. The notch is a game charger when removing, it’s comfortable, and I haven’t leaked AT ALL. Which blows my mind I bought the period underwear because I always leak at night. Waking up without ruining my sheets is great. Finally found a period product I feel confident in!! Plus it produces less waste. Absolutely love, recommending to all my girlfriends.

Amazing purchase
I am so impressed! I typically have a period from 7 to 10 days. Heavy,miserable and long! I wanted to try something different and hoped it would be enough protection. It was uncomfortable at first but I got the hang of it and only had a 4 day period. No accidents. Easy cramps I have already sent a link to some peeps.

Easy to use
I have tried other discs and this one is sturdy, easy to remove and has a large capacity. Leaks are never an issue if properly positioned and maintained. I am so glad to have this while I go through my menstrual cycle. Highly recommend.

Freedom during periods with prolapse
This disc (small size) is everything I was hoping for! After struggling with prolapse (stage 2 recotele) pain during my period for over a year, I was able to use this disc and get the relief I'd been looking for. The mess of pads is gone and tampons aren't an option for me. I do use a disc pessary and this is slightly smaller in diameter than what I use. I had slight discomfort after insertion on day 1, but then my body adjusted after a few hours. Super easy to remove and clean every 12 hours. Highly recommend trying if you have prolapse and are seeking a solution!

Something to get used to
So far no accidents after 6 separate times of using it. Got stuck because it rotated a strange way while inserting but I'm just more mindful of that now! I also learned that pooping affects your pelvic floor and will make the cup leak in some cases. Once again, just being more mindful of how I use the product. The cup itself is actually pretty great! Comfortable and easy to clean. I'm glad I tried this out
