Life changing!
My flow got to be too much for the cup, but I have had zero leaks with the disc. Huge fan! Mess free period sex is a good bonus too.

My favorite reusable cup
My second salt cup and fourth reusable cup. This style is my favorite. It's easy to remove and to clean. It lasts up to 12 hours. Love that it can be left in during sexy times. Super convenient.

Good sustainable product
Love it! Glad to be supporting a b corp business and using a reusable product! However, I found the process of taking the disc out after use was quite different to using the disposable ones - a bit more difficult in my opinion. Takes a bit of getting used to. Otherwise, easy to clean, easy to store. Not much leakage.

Life Saver
I have never tried disc and this is life changing. I have used cup in the past but it was a struggle to get out and to grab. The hook really helps and if you want to switch from cup to disc, I HIGHY recommend this!

Good quality product; might take a bit to find the right fit for you
This is a high quality product, I like its overall design. However, after putting it in for the first time and wearing it for a little while I noticed the rim had moved outside the p*bic bone so it started heavily leaking (I know it should be held behind the p*bic bone for it to kind of “lock in” and not leak)… I wonder if this is because it’s not the right size and maybe I need the small disc? I’m 35, kind of petite, but I wouldn’t have thought I need the small one. Any suggestions are welcomed

Feels great and easy to use!
I got a small because I have a regular size I love but wanted one for light days. Easy to clean and use, I’m getting used to the removal notch but so far so good! I like discs over the cups, they’re more comfortable to me and the suction on the cups is difficult. Happy I made the move!

Didn’t work
I had tried disposable cups from a variety of brands, and still had leaks. Decided to invest and got a saalt reusable- it leaked really bad, came out anytime I squatted, peed, etc. even on my lightest days . emailed and got no response.

Quality is good but I
Quality is good but I was not able to use it. Not for me for sure. Was looking forward to try it but cup keeps being the best choice. I was also charged extra as the product was coming from US and I live in Portugal so in order to reléase it I paid 17 euros extra

Excellent product
I love the Saalt products. What I like about this disc is that it doesn’t use suction to stay in place so it doesn’t slip like cups can. It’s easy to use and works great!

First disc experience & it was great!
This is my first disc & I loved it! It definitely comes with a learning curve, though. Sometimes my disc would rotate, which took a while to find the tab to take it out. But I figured it out eventually. It is comfortable (cannot even feel it!). And the packaging is also so good! Makes me want to purchase from Saalt again!

Saalt Disc
I love Saalt as a company. I love the aesthetic, the mission, and all of the employees are so kind and helpful. I had never tried a disc before and I was pretty worried about how it would work/if it would work for me. It was a little bit of a learning curve but they have an incredible helpline. I’ve loved it so far and when I have a daughter I will definitely be introducing her to Saalt.

Love the smaller size
Love the smaller size. It's a bit more difficult to remove than another brand I have but this one doesn't leak or hurt and I genuinely forget I'm wearing it. The other brand leaks a little and hurts after wearing it for a while, likely due to size.

Great but Not for My Anatomy
This disc is absolutely amazing; the issue is with my tilted uterus. Without doing the tricky "backwards and upside down" insertion technique the lip of the disk simply can't reach the far edge of my cervix, which seems to be facing back towards my tail bone, and thus causing leaks. However! Saalt's return policy has given me store credit without even needing to send anything back, so if you're someone with more specialized anatomy like mine you can shop without fear! Saalt has got your back!

comfy & good quality
love the product, color & packaging. doesn't leak very much ever. just a little hard to take out and will take some getting used to. i was using discs before this and this is the first one with a "pull notch" im still undecided if it actually makes it easier or if im doing something wrong. I've used it for two cycles so far & super pumped to be helping reduce waste!

I LOVE THIS DISC
This disc has solved just about every period problem I had. Seriously - wow. I can’t feel the disc at all. It’s high-quality, does not leak, easy to insert, easy to clean, and overall a very simple process that improves my quality of life. 5 stars!!! :star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️

Buy a few
Everything about this disc is perfect for me. I have an engaged pelvic floor, narrow frame, average length anteverted uterus, and use the small. It does not self empty for me, which I find to be a huge plus. It really conforms to the body and I think it’s the perfect balance of softness and firmness. Removal was a little tricky until I got the hang of what works for me— I flex and press down until I ease it onto my index finger and slowly remove to prevent spills. It washes well and I respect this company.

Unlucky I guess
I have not had any luck using the disc, it was awkward putting it in and uncomfortable, I've used cups and discs before and for what ever reason this one doesn't work well for me.

It leaks
Maybe it is me, but I tried putting it in properly several times but it stil leaks. Is it possible that I am not built for it? I had previously used a menstrual cup and that wourked perfectly. Is it possible to get a refund or change it for a cup?

I’m 49 and my life just changed for the better.
I just switched from a cup to a disc and the change is immediate and life changing. No more worrying about containing my perimenopausal torrential flow and having my disc becoming un suctioned at an inconvenient time.

changed my life
So nice to not have to worry about leaking that time of month. Also love that it is nontoxic.
