A: Hi Klee, Thanks for reaching out! Most people can use both sizes, the small for lighter days and the regular for heavier days, but one size may be more comfortable. In general, we recommend the size small if you are a first-time cup user, have a light flow, or have a low cervix. We recommend the size regular if you have a heavier flow or a higher cervix.

This cup is comfortable. I've had to purchase more than once just because every time you pull on it the silicone will stretch and eventually it gets to a point where it gets close to tearing... you don't want to be stuck with that! But it lasts for a long time and I will gladly keep repurchasing rather than using single-use menstrual products.

I no longer feel anxious in situations I previously would because I was on my period, worried about leaks and being uncomfortable. I often forget I’m on my period when using my cup. I have the soft cup and I absolutely love it. I thought I needed to replace it but seems if last for 10 years! I will be back in a few more years to get another one :)

It doesn't slide down like my last menstrual cup did (my last one even popped out on its own when bearing down). I was also relieved when I couldn't feel it at all after inserting! I live in Canada, but there were no surpise fees or charges which was such a relief. I've only used this cup for one period, but I love it so far!

I know. ) and suffered with a stiff, small, cheap cup for six months. Anyway I finally replaced it with Saalt and it immediately makes the difference in so many ways. So worth it.

I only wore one pad my first and heaviest day just to be safe. I also tend to have bad cramps when I use tampons and was worried it would be the same with the cup and had no issues.

I tried 2 different Saalt sizes and fond the right size. Customer service was awesome! If you are a little more "sensitive" like I am the soft cup of perfect!

I tell everyone and even bought for my friends! The colors are always great choices, super cheap compared to the lifetime of chemical pads and tampons!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, I have a heavy flow (bleed through a super tampon in 3 1/2 hours) and I'm autistic so pads and tampon strings are sensory hell. After trimming the stem, it fits perfectly and can last me 6 hours straight on my heaviest days. Despite my motivations being sensory, it's also nice to know I'm saving thousand of kg of plastic from going to landfill. Anyone on the fence should give it a go.

I found the cup to be bulky, hard to insert and generally really uncomfortable. It also kept on falling out spilling it's contents all over my underwear. I've binned it! Waste of £35!!!
