I recently ordered your Disposable Flex Plant+ Menstrual Disc and I’m so happy I did! I was hesitant to try them because I thought it’d be confusing and messy but this has changed the period game for me! I honestly forgot I was using one because it’s super comfortable and I didn’t leak at all! Y’all understand our needs and I’ll never go back to tampons! Thank you so so much😍
I never have to worry about my period ruining a vacation

My husband planned 2 different getaways at 2 DIFFERENT times of the month. 1st time my period was right on time. So I was prepared and we had a private pool and a hug tub, NO WAY I WAS SKIPPING OUT ON THOSE! I packed the right amount too. The 2nd vacation was towards the beginning of the month this time. So, NO WAY I was getting my period, but I packed an unopened bag of disc's just in case. WELL GOOD THING!!! Sex is not messy, these don't leak and I can't feel it. (Nor can he.) I do have to sleep in period panties because sometimes when I shift on a heavy day it does leak. I could use a pad but I dislike it so, the feeling of a diaper so close to my nether regions, I do use liners but I use store brand they are significantly cheaper. I wish the liners were a bit more affordable.

I have fibroids and a really heavy period. I couldn’t keep up with the constant tampon and pad changes, they were so disruptive to my life. Flex discs made those days of the month like any other and I can actually live like a normal person again. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel free and protected during their periods.

I am still befuddled. I made the switch from tampons this month. Like when we began wearing tampons there is a learning curve, don't give up. Removal was the only tricky part for me, insertion was so easy I didn't believe I did it right the first time. By the third day, I figured out how to remove easily. Cramps, never heard of her. The period odor, gone. I am a huge Stan and will be shouting from the roof tops at every human I know that still bleeds. Don't let it intimidate you this is a game changer.
Amazing!!

Oh I wish I would have found out about this sooner. These are amazing. This is the only Flex product I've tried so far, so I can't speak to the rest. Insertion is a breeze and I literally have zero leaks, even the first time I used it. So much more comfortable than the super plus tampons I've had to use for years (which got very uncomfortable after having a baby). I also noticed I have less cramps than usual and I don't feel the disc inside me at all. Just a note: Even though I wish I could have had this earlier, I don't think it would have been very comfortable for me "pre-baby" to be honest. Everyone's body is different though!
Did not work

I almost leaked onto my bed at like 6am. I'm also disappointed with the service. The chat pop up window from the "How to use a menstrual disc" website didn't work, and the phone number didn't seem connected to anything. I wanted to ask someone how to have the disc "leak" since nothing was happening when I went to the bathroom. Also, I should've realized before buying it that when it does "leak" it feels like it could easily slip out and that you'd have to push it back in which can be weird in a public bathroom.
These are for you!!!

It doesn’t hurt going in like tampons do. It’s a little weird going in but once it’s in place you DONT feel it. It’s a great product and while it takes about a few days to figure it out, once you do you never wanna go back to pads and tampons ever again. I’ve tried them all, pads, tampons, cups, and period underwear. Flex plant+ disc is the best product for people with periods by people with periods. Guys, gals, and un binary pals, this is for you!!!
Highly recommend these!

As someone that is over 40 now, I’m sad they didn’t have these my entire life. So glad to have found them and think of all the times they could have prevented some very embarrassing events with a dog getting into the trash can, tampons leaking, and even a cup breaking. I can’t recommend these more and think everyone needs to try them!
Too Big

Easy enough to insert (as it could be squeezed as thinly as a tampon), but the diameter was too wide for me. WIsh they came in a smaller size. Great concept, though!

Be wary of using these. Obviously depends person to person, but they gave me a bacterial infection, since sugarcane (what they’re made out of) can feed bacteria.
Not as good as the OG Flex Discs

I have tried Flex’s original disposable discs, the plant + and the reusable. Nothing measures up to the original. Neither the plant + nor the reusable seem to sit right behind my pelvic bone, thus I leak almost immediately because it does not stay in place. I am not sure what the issue is on the the plant +, but I think on the reusable ones, the lip is thicker. I love the originals and will continue to tell everyone to use them-the other 2 products just don’t measure up.
A total game changer!

While it take me watching some videos and reaching out to the company for additional tips and pointers to be able to use these discs comfortably… once I got the hang of using them, I will never go back to using tampons or pads ever again. While I still get cramps on the first couple days of my period, they have gotten a lot more tolerable and manageable since I started using these discs. I started with the regular version and have switched to the plant based ones to be more eco-friendly (i can’t handle the cleaning process of the reusable cups and discs). I love being able to only have to change my period product every twelve hours. And on days with a heavier flow, I am able to discreetly pour out some of the blood while I am going to the bathroom and go about my day… but these discs hold so much menstrual fluid that I rarely have to resort to that tactic. And if you aren’t comfortable doing that, you can always just put a new disc in. It is super easy (once you get the hang of it). I have found that a standing squat position is the easiest way for me to insert it perfectly within a couple of seconds. I used to have change my tampons every few hours, so being able to go twelve hours between changing my period products has been a total game changer and has made that time of the month a lot less of a hassle for me. 10/10 I can’t recommend these highly enough. Side note: I have found that these plant based ones are slightly smaller than the original flex discs, which actually makes these a perfect fit for me whereas the original flex discs were a little too large for me personally.

This has changed my life! I am someone who has a very active lifestyle and loves to travel. I no longer have to stress about my period and how I will change my tampons while traveling. I also have had way less cramps since using the flex disc. The flex disc plant is even better because it’s environmentally friendly! I recommend this to all my friends!

I love that these are moving toward eco friendly materials. Everyone’s body is a bit different, so I have found that these do not work for me on heavy days (to be fair I go through CRAZY amounts of tampons and have to wear a pad on heavy days). The reason I LOVE these is because the days around my heavy flow are pretty much taken care of! I don’t have to drag my bag to the bathroom several times a day at work. I just pop one in when I wake up, and change it out before bed.
Great product!

Second time I purchase, I have no dislikes about them! I just always make sure to wear a regular pad as back up. These are more comfortable than a tampon for sure!

When I initially purchased these they were on clearance. Since then this is the only product I purchase. I’ve been using them for months and I believe I only leaked twice and both were on extra heavy days.

I like these on my light days when I’m spotting and my cervix is lower. They don’t cause cramping like tampons. I don’t know if it’s just me but on my heavier days it leaked too much and isn’t worth the hassle. I’m going to keep them for light days but try out the non-plant option too.

Just use regular pads or tampons lol. Don’t be a freak and try some “environmentally friendly option” it’s for your period you’re not saving the world get real.
