Saalt Soft Menstrual Cup - Gray - Regular

By far the best cup that I’ve tried!! I’ve tried a few, and they just didn’t work for me as good as the saalt soft does!

11/10 first of all, I am mentioning here that I had a traumatic experience growing up with the Diva cup, (but also in general) and I had to give it up because of my bad parents. Healing this experience as an adult, and finding something better than the early 2000 diva cup, I am putting this on a pedestal. I am older, but I haven’t had kids, and I have taken several years off from being s.ly active. My body had been through a lot growing up and so I have sensitivities due to my PCOS and my lupus and my childhood experiences. This cup, makes me feel so safe. I do like the regular for working out, but I feel it way too much. I wish I had this and the small when I was younger. With my high cervix and everything I went through, this would have been the perfect cup growing up. The long tail, the comfort, the shape, I am so grateful we have found a day and age where this is possible. Thank you Saalt, thank you. 🙏🏼

Overall, love the cup and I am glad I switched over! Sometimes I have found it difficult to get the suction just right to prevent leaking, but I would recommend and the cup is very comfortable when in the right place.

Practice makes perfect with insertion, but I got it after a few tries. The size worked great, but I may go a size smaller next time. Along with the panties for backup, Saalt makes that time of the month so much easier. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Saalt cup (a replacement after 10 years) and looking back it's hard to imagine that I survived my first 15 years of periods without it. I have some sensory issues that make dealing with traditional disposable sanitary products gross at best and painful at worst, but the Saalt cup has been actually game changing. Only having to manage it 2-3 times a day (and can be managed in the shower), not having to worry about whether I need to change something whenever I use the bathroom, and the fact I can almost never feel it in day to day activities takes so much annoyance and frustration out of my week. Plus - less waste and it's more than paid for itself. I can't recommend a menstrual cup enough.

I was pretty intimidated when I first opened the packaging but the instructions were clear and inserting it was really easy. It’s super secure and you honestly forget you have it in. I’m a cup user for life!

I can't believe I waited as long as I did to make the switch. I've tried cups in the past and struggled because, being in my 30s, I was always told to get the biggest kind. I finally ignored that advice and got the smallest and softest cup, and I will never go back. My period was more comfortable and easier to manage. I used this with period panties just to be safe and I would do that again. I also watched a few videos on the Saalt youtube channel to make sure I had the insertion down.

The tip to push like your having a bowel movement to help grab it was great for me. Haven't needed a single pad this cycle which is what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watched all of the videos by saalt on how to use but I had nothing but leaks and, much worse: I experienced symptoms consistent with a bladder prolapse, which I previously had after giving birth. Won't be trying again.

Honestly this product is LIFE CHANGING. I have always been nervous to use a cup but a couple of months ago I decided to go for it and I am so happy I did. This is better than tampons in every way. After you get the hang of using it, its so easy to place and take out. It is so easy to clean and store, it takes up so much less space than boxes of tampons! I have also always been self conscious about bleeding through with tampons but now I don't have to be! I can't even feel it when it is in and I don't know if it is placebo or what but I also feel better when wearing this over tampons. I have recommended to so many people and I think everybody should make the switch!!

The Saalt soft cup is one of the best purchases I have made! It means I don’t have to worry about leaks or stained clothes on the busy days at work! There’s a bit of a learning curve, but Saalt’s customer service is super helpful!

I have very heavy periods that impact my life significantly, as I need to change super plus tampons every 45 minutes and set alarms at night. I got a cup from an alternate brand (recommended for beginners) and it did help (empty every 3 hours during the day) but I could feel it and was in mild discomfort. I bought this as it was highly rated for comfort. I feel nothing when it is in and can go 2-4 hours on my heavy day without emptying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the regular Saalt cup and felt it was a little too firm for me. So I got the saalt soft cup. I am really happy with my choice, but I have had some issues with it opening up fully once inserted. I didn’t have this issue with the regular cup. It’s probably just a learning curve, but it’s been a little frustrating.
