[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously girlies- if it’s not Saalt don’t try it!! Switched to an off brand from Walmart after my dogs chewed up by beloved Saalt cup (yikes! I know. ) and suffered with a stiff, small, cheap cup for six months. Anyway I finally replaced it with Saalt and it immediately makes the difference in so many ways. So worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third saalt cup (upgraded to the soft cup a couple years ago, then lost it). I tried a few other brands but inevitably went back to to saalt cup soft. I never experience leaks and as a newly postpartum mom, I find the saalt soft the easiest to insert and remove after having a baby.

All the advertising hooked me to try Saalt. This has been the most nightmare period of my life. I have had an insane amount of leaking, at times once an hour!!! Making the cup completely unuseable. I’ve tried to reach out about this to customer service who has attempted to pass it off as a fit/insertion issue. I am 100% confident in insertion, fit and the cup being seated properly and I’m NOT a new user or unfamiliar with anatomy either as I work in healthcare. So far, I am really disappointed and feel this was just money wasted.

Others I’ve tried have a ring pull tab making it super convenient to find and pull out. . It wasn’t for me and I wanted a refund

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe it took me this long to get on board with the mental cup life! Never looking back! I was comfortable and dry my whole period. I only wore one pad my first and heaviest day just to be safe. I also tend to have bad cramps when I use tampons and was worried it would be the same with the cup and had no issues.

I tried 2 different Saalt sizes and fond the right size. Customer service was awesome! If you are a little more "sensitive" like I am the soft cup of perfect!

I've used the Diva for years, and though she is a gem in her own way, the soft silicone, and shorter cup depth make the Saalt feel and fit like a dream! Also, I can not tell you how happy I am with the DARK cup color - that just seems like a no-brianer! I highly recommend to anyone who bleeds! Five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect fit and good suction. I haven’t experienced any leaks at all (which happened with my previous cup due to size). Easy to insert but it took me a couple of months to practice and be able to remove it smoothly.

I tell everyone and even bought for my friends! The colors are always great choices, super cheap compared to the lifetime of chemical pads and tampons!!! So the investment in cups or discs is lifetime! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and saalt team sent out the right size the next day! Talk about impeccable customer service!! Will continue to use and rave about this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, I have a heavy flow (bleed through a super tampon in 3 1/2 hours) and I'm autistic so pads and tampon strings are sensory hell. After trimming the stem, it fits perfectly and can last me 6 hours straight on my heaviest days. Despite my motivations being sensory, it's also nice to know I'm saving thousand of kg of plastic from going to landfill. Anyone on the fence should give it a go.

This cup is reliable, dependable and gives me confidence for my 8 hour work day. I work a physical job and I need something that I can trust. I trust Saalt. Plus, great company values. LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for years and I just replaced it. I love the cup, it's easy to use and so much better than dealing with tampons or pads. Figuring out the suction can take a little practice, and if you don't do it correctly it can leak a little.

I found the cup to be bulky, hard to insert and generally really uncomfortable. It also kept on falling out spilling it's contents all over my underwear. I've binned it! Waste of £35!!!

I have unfortunately been dealt a heavy period and after my ten millionth leak I decided to retire tampons and pads and try a new method. I do have to admit inserting and taking it out is something to get used to. I first bought the small regular cup and quickly learned I have a high cervix so it was incredibly hard to get it out. It also was very hard to get it to open when inserted. Although it was so effective in between the insertion and removal that I decided to try the regular size soft version, and it is much easier to manage. This is a game changer for my life. Even on the heavy days where I normally would be leaking within an hour I get closer to 4 hours of time before needing to empty it, which allows me to leave the house. What a savior (and better for the environment)!
