I’ve never been a fan of Sabra, but I love chimichurri, so I held out hope and even waited to try this with the right accoutrements. Unfortunately, it completely missed the mark. The flavor was harsh and unbalanced, and the chimichurri tasted more like stale dried herbs than anything fresh—despite its vibrant appearance. Even with crackers, pita, or veggies, it left an unpleasant aftertaste. Won’t be buying this again.

I also use this hummus as a dip for fresh veggies since it adds great flavor. I’ve also used it on sandwiches as a spread. It’s a good value for the amount you get.
