I love the lounge chairs. They are sturdy but arent super heavy. That's a plus as I like to move them around my pool deck.
The cushions (I got ivory) are pretty thin but I am still happy with them.

Maybe the people who got "high quality" navy blue cushions got something different than me. The chairs that came separately are high quality. Maybe the fabric of the cushions is good quality also. But the cushion pads are horrible. They are about 1.5" thick and made of the cheapest sponge material around. I might not have noticed right away if I didn't have to stuff the padding into the cushions myself. When I first opened the box, I thought "why would they need sponge packing to mail a fabric cushion?" You can guess my disappointment when I realized that wasn't packing material.

They were deliver as promise and I have to agree the packaging was exceptional. The loungers look great on my pool patio. I purchase the Navy Blue cushions and have to agree again very nice quality of this lounger.

Love our loungers they were packaged very nice. We order three sets of 2 so have three loungers with the very nice high quality navy blue cushions that fit perfectly. They will be nice and easy to stack too.
