Saltair Pink Beach Serum Body Wash - Coconut Scent - 17 fl oz: Basic Cleansing, Whole Body, Gel, Pump Bottle

At first just smelling it I was a little underwhelmed I thought I probably won’t re purchase not a huge deal I’ll still use it since it does smell nice and I bought it. I would give the scent like a solid 7.5/10. It’s a nice soft beachy vanilla. So I’m washing my body and my ears like I normally do, immediately feel a burning sensation behind my ears, my back, my inner thighs, my arm pits are burning. I am not a sensitive person when it comes to my skin so have never experienced that before. I recently acquired a bleach allergy/ contact dermatitis so I assumed it must have been to do with that and maybe at work after doing dishes I had somehow got some bleach on me???? Idk was being delusional. But the next morning everything else is fine. Some of my skin is mildly irritated and dry but my ears are HUGE swollen & red and like scaly??????? Like there’s a layer of dry skin and my ear is so uncomfortable. I was shocked and it looked horrible. I put on some Benadryl cream and after a few days that all went away. I again assumed it had to be maybe a bug bite or some type of earring infection or had to do with bleach. I have never experienced this from a body wash. I end up buying my normal body washes and then I run out and reach for my Saltair again. This is about a month or so later. Immediate burning. Scaly patches on my arm pits. At this point I am over the contact dermatitis and am not experiencing issues with that anymore so could only be from the body wash. I’m not sure what is in this thing?? I’ve never heard of that and I have never had this experience before with any body care products. I’m sad I was so excited but idk just a PSA I guess for people with sensitive skin because mine isn’t even that sensitive and I had some crazy reaction. I was so excited and wanted to try coral coast! I’m too scared now

This is by far my favorite body wash.I cant get enough of this body wash.and the lotion and oil aw man altogether Smells so amazing and fresh.

I haven’t tried it in a full shower yet but I tested some on my arm. It smells so so amazing and made my skin feel great. First time trying this wash too so I will definitely buy again. The only thing I wish was different was more coconut scent. This body wash has a tinyyyyy hint of baby wipe mixed with coconut, but it’s still a yummy smell

Smells so good my 5 year-old granddaughter took it over when staying the night at our house. We are all huge fans of Saltair, you honestly cannot go wrong with any of their scents. No residue, hair and skin are healthier than ever thanks to the non-toxic ingredients.

Smells like a mix of peach with baby powder? Doesn’t really lather much either, unfortunately this is a hard pass.

This is a lighter more floral version of the Golden Hour line. It’s fresh, with subtle hints of coconut. I must admit Golden Hour-(GH), spoiled me and the sent isn’t as strong GH. The body wash consistency also was a bit disappointing. Not watery, but not as rich as GH.

I love the Pink Beach body wash but the last 2 orders were only half full.

I love that I his body wash cleans without drying out my skin and creating a mountain of suds. It’s add to the hydration combo you get when using the body butter on damp skin. It smells amazing and not too strong like some me other products.

Have always loved the smell of this body wash was but really miss the enameled aluminum bottle, it was so luxe! The plastic container now seems just like all the other cheap brands.

The bottle is no longer metal (it’s cheap plastic) and they’ve reformulated the body wash so, like other reviewers have mentioned, it no longer smells like coconut but rather some weird chemical smell. It kinda reminds me of the smell of hand soap in public restrooms. Very dissatisfied. I hate when companies use a package redesign to change the product or downsize the amount of protect in a container.

This one is going to be a no for me. In the bottle its smells light, but pretty. Once I used it the scent went from beachy, to smelling like an old expired scent. My BABW products start to get this funky smell after about a year when I don't use them quick enough, and this happened fresh out of the bottle on use #1. After I got out of the shower my skin didn't smell like anything at all. This went straight in the trash. Too pricey for this outcome.

I love this body wash. It doesn't leave a residue on my skin, has a light scent, and doesn't clog my shower drain.
